the galah
With 900m to go The Player barges its way out, making heavy contact with the horse outside it,causing interference which resulted in several runners being checked. Yet The Players driver does not even get a mention in the stipes report. How did they miss that,or would it have been different if the drivers were reversed?. Happy Sunrise
I don't even have to look at the race in question. Nothing happens because it is part of the rules now. When was the last time a horse got put out for something other than breaking? Very rare these days. If it isn't over the final stages then it is irrelevant basically. If you watch the race you will see what I mean. No mention of J dickies drive at all in the stipes report. Knocking a horse over, causing interference to multiple runners is covered in the rules relating to driving standards , Edited October 3, 2018 by the galah

However, it is not surprising to me that they missed it or deemed not enough. Not unusual for things to slide. They were probably out the back of the stand having a coffee while the race was on.
