No I've checked Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Nothing. -
You are right that the tapes were not released at the exact same time, I have seen worse. The winner snd the transgressor that went through the front tape was meant to be UNRULY but when the front tape was released that horse was effectively on the tape snd not back from it. The 2 horse was well behind the unruly horse and that is the point that I have made previously, that we should seriously be not holding standing starts if they continue to dish out unfair starts. -
A Harold Park specialist , with 40 wins there , in the same era as Delightful Lady who had about the same ability winning 40 odd at Alexandra Park. Koala King not well known in NZ , so not surprised his photo hard to pick. A 'Bit of a Yarn' on him, is way back 1978 he had his one trip to NZ for the Auckland Cup , but after leading and running 7th on the first night of the meeting in the lead -up race , the bloody Aucklanders Balloted him out !!😳 . so he won the Consolation easily in the same race time as Sole Command ran, winning the Cup for Roy and BarryP. A bit still to go all that way , and then ballot him out lol. Shame they didn't try that with Swayzee at Addington 😂. Here's the Koala King moment of All time anyway . Powering past fabulous Nz horse Locarno (Robin Butt 2nd) to win the Interdominion Final at his home track at Harold Park 1980.
