NBA only has short break . they'll be back Oct 21st . even earlier for preseason games. Good to see NZ qualified for World Cup next year . That is the worlds biggest sporting event on the planet , so very nice they are part of it. Think Australia qualified recently too. The Commonwealth Games has felt the Financial times Chief. like a lot of sports. Do you remember the Christchurch ones in 1974. some great moments. Nowadays , Victoria aborted Having them next year, when they were spose too, as just can't afford it. So have gone to Glasgow with just 10 Sports being contested in about a years time. Bloody wrecked Gold Coast trotting , taking the beautiful Parklands track 2010. for an athlete village. Brisbane scheduled for the Olympics 2032. It is already ripping the place apart. No stadiums suitable so are trying for Federal funding and trying for big stadium at Victoria Park near the city . a former golf course. Tasmania has gone broke ,has were supposed to build a new stadium for their new AFL team allocation 2027. The costs are ridiculous. A billion dollars for a stadium. gotta be joking. they originally budgeted 375 million . hahaha didn't miss by much then ? the NEW cost has recently jumped from 715million to an estimated 945 million. Just forget it, and use what's around already?. It's people kicking a football around for goodness sake. Brisbane will be a mess after trying to put on an Olympics lol. why not just use SYDNEY again? they built Olympic Park for 2000 Games. And most of the population is there. Infrastructure in place. Too sensible that would be (to share the events between cities) -
Talking about gambling/company's etc etc, during the night I sometimes leave the radio on for the Soccer from the UK, talk sport I think but it plays through Sports Nation, which was senz but now is owned by Entain/ TAB and on Monday morning it was peppered with adds from gambling establishment, as no one is allowed to advertise gambling in NZ apart from TAB this will more than likely get awkward, while those company's can't operate in NZ in a round about way they are still advertising, I bet it's not long and the feed gets chopped. -
Do you already know the outcome of any mediation or if that was even required? I haven't seen anything. -

Hey Chief…. how come you have not mentioned anything about Entains upcoming Austrac hearing…. 640 pages and not good reading. There is a common theme with Entain, they go hard out offering promos and deposit match deals, then turn them off. That is the reason they are now struggling in Aus, NZ will follow suit. No way will Entain be able to have NZ punters betting on Aus dog racing, it will not happen, more money gone…. So while your jumping up and down creaming your Y front jocks….and if Entain NZ do get 12% growth for the next year, its a far cry from what they expected to recoup stopping NZ punters offloading overseas
