Woke have spoken. NZ Govt have caved. I am pretty sure PBD racing in NZ come after the UK and then Aussie followed suit, so not sure what you mean by that. Before any ban was even announced. -

Settling outside the leader and last year’s winner California Spangle, Ka Ying Rising cruised to the lead entering the straight before rallying late under pressure to resist the charge of John Size-trained quartet Helios Express (second), Howdeepisyourlove (third), Beauty Eternal (fourth) and Red Lion (fifth). Recording a slick 1:20.33 at his first attempt over 1400m, Ka Ying Rising notched his 11th win from 13 starts to secure the second leg of the Hong Kong Speed Series.
