  1. Well in another post he says "saved"! Twist, hype same difference. In marketing, a "twist" refers to a deliberate manipulation of information or language to present a product or service in a misleading or deceptive way, often by subtly altering the meaning of facts or using ambiguous language to create a false impression, essentially "twisting" the message to benefit the seller; it's considered an unethical practice in marketing
  2. So there is a difference in the type of hype?
  3. The financial analysts haven't listened to @JJ Flash and still say BUY ENTAIN. Some more perspective: The 12% drop in share price a week ago on the news of the departure of the CEO recovered in 3 days primarily on the back of Corvex Investment Fund increasing their shareholding. The share price is up 15% for the last 6 months even on the back of the reported negative news. ENTAIN is ranked 84 on the FTSE 100 with a market capitalisation of £4.7 billion or in NZ dollars NZD$10.34 billion. (Fronterra has a Market Cap of NZD$7.2b).
  4. Yet wasn't Waverley track a bit problematic a wee while ago? That aside what's wrong with Hawera?
  5. LOL since when did you achieve anything in racing Snow?
  6. Unless they are not that good or they have been offered better money? Maybe ENTAIN are upgrading.
  7. But when did the shower or showers happen?
  8. Domain Ace nominated for the Fiber Fresh Open Handicap 1400m on 26 February at.......Taupo.
  9. There is still a market for feeding the majority of "pet" dogs that are obese. The fact is manufacturing pet food is one of the biggest contributors to...
  10. Tidy what exactly?
  11. I think they should be allowed to go. Shame there isn't much money to challenge it legally. That is what the supporters should be shouting. Call the woke out big time.
  12. So? Hasn't it always been like that and isn't it just part of the business?
  13. Yeah that's what I was thinking. What was the time of the last flight to Hamilton or Auckland?
  14. So Snow what was the last horse you trained?
  15. Ok I didn't know it rained. I saw a Soft rating. But all the same still seems a bit strange.
  16. For lots of reasons.
  17. Yes but there is more to the relationship dynamic than what you describe. As for what they pay for trackwork - isn't that between the Jockey and the Stable? Anyway doesn't seem to have held Pinn back - Marsh has picked him up and he has the El Vencedor ride tomorrow.
  18. And Pivotal Ten wasn't?
  19. Meeting News Race Meeting License/Venue Change - Friday 28 February The race meeting scheduled for Hawera on Friday 28 February will now be a Waverley RC Meeting at Waverley Racecourse. There will be minor distance changes for programmed races.
  20. FFS - who pays? The poor Owner AGAIN! Who's educating who? Arguably a Jockey getting regular trackwork, trial work and racing is earning money and getting experience. It's not a one way street by any means.
  21. You have to put that in perspective though. Remember the Crown Casino recent fine of $120m and two years ozf statutory supervision? Meanwhile the likes of @Brodie complain about our AML laws.
  22. I suggest you don't back it. Still won $28k in stakes. Let's face it without its entry the odds of NTD would be increased.
  23. You assessment of the potential liability is?
