    What really annoys me is that the NZ TAB has shat continually on its customers over the last 5 or so years. Free to air viewing, form gone from newspapers, so on and so on. Now we have a system that is dominated by sports betting yet 60% of the core revenue is from Racing. I want to turn all the sports betting off because it doesn't interest me. Where is the button for that and the one that remembers by preferences?

    A website that crashed completely yesterday under a normal Saturday load. One that got the date wrong for the Ellerslie meeting. One that has a zillion hamsters running around. One that has a completely different user interface to the previous site and is less intuitive. I wondered where the race time was for quite some time. Didn't see the grey micro font jump out at me. Oh and the uncompetitive books and take out rates are still in operation. Plus I still haven't received my password reset email.

    Yes I'm only intelligent enough to set up a new website that works. On my own by the way. You want to hear the arguments I have with my team.

    I've checked all of my email addresses. If I used the wrong one why did the system congratulate me with a big green tick and say the email was on its way?

    Barryb you post a screen shot of the indexes but not the link. That's a bit like showing us the treasure while hiding the map or not giving any clues. Still haven't got my password reset email.

    It seems the web site is far from a normal site as we are all used to. It is an application relying heavily on JavaScript coding hence the many blue hamsters. So instead of caching it is always reloading assets.

    You gotta love Google advertising! The ads that are being served up are about the "State of IoT in 2019"....."Improve your online customer service"..... Beats the dating ads I guess.... Still waiting for my password reset email.

    That explains my puzzlement.....Was looking at the Ellerslie fields and couldn't work out why 30mins after race one the results weren't up.

    Website speed on PC has improved dramatically today. Must be at their end because I've done nothing on my PC and our broadband bandwidth is half what it is yesterday. Just going to check what the emerging teenager (12) is doing online.

    FFS basic website navigation doesn't work. I thought I'd save time reloading by using the back to previous page button on my smart phone. It didn't go from race 4 back to race 1 which was the order I had viewed them in but took me back to the home page and the bloody blue hamsters! Not that it matters as I still haven't received my password reset email.
