  9. Condolences.
  10. Can someone confirm did he pass away today?
  11. But in this case the RIU had the opportunity to present evidence to the JCA to continue the suspensions. Which they did. My understanding is that the evidence presented did not meet the threshold for the JCA to continue the suspensions. Considering that the threshold in the JCA is considerably lower than the High Court one must wonder about the strength of the evidence. Now that it seems disclosure is occurring surely we can expect the RIU to go back to the JCA?
  12. Newmarket your second post doesn't make sense - can you please elaborate?
  13. Then why did the RIU try and fail to suspend the licensees based on the evidence they had?
  14. The reality is that the RIU didn't have sufficient evidence to justify the JCA suspending license holders. That is they tried their own proceedings and fell short. Some on forums have argued that the police are keeping their powder dry. Which seems surprising when an amateur bush lawyer is spouting off that he has read 200 pages of evidence.

  20. Bit over the top Arsenic! You pull your head in please. I think your ire should be directed at the racing elite who funded Winston not the majority rank and file that didn't vote for him. Would be great for you to get back to the topic you started?
  21. I don't particularly like Collins so happy to hear what you have to say. What she did to certain parts of the Justice system in the interests of "user pays" was a complete stuff up. However haven't we have diverged somewhat from the thread topic.
