Sorry TDB, I'm interrupting here, however, I see on the Dr's Surgery channel [RC] a poster called Tim Vince is saying 'No Video'.....there is no video........do these people not read the official reports, and I mean official, how the hell did the Feds get a 'still photo' then? The same photo they presented to Weir and he refused to comment on?........the Cops and the Stewards have said ''they don't have a video at this time''........why would they say this time?....how then is there are a photo?.....and they used the words FEDS.....as in our Federal Police HQ Canberra, the Nations Capital, specialising in cross border events?.....oh whoa is me, help me out here, is there something in the water over there?

Now Weir is gone, what a great time for a young Kiwi trainer to set up shop in MEL particularly. With prize money in NZ so poor, with confidence in the industry at an all time low, now's the time to strike out......there are so may talented young trainers over there that would kick goals here with the right horses. Make plans, just do it......you wont regret it.

Malted might be erring on the side of caution here Aqua, I'm not defending Weir either, I followed the Inca fiasco, although that's not over, apparently, but Malted might be pissed off about the people charged with other offences in Melbourne that escaped because the stewards stuffed up by using non accredited labs, and b sample bullshit.....at least this mob with the Fed Police involved will be more thorough....perhaps you are right, if so Weir will receive massive compensation, however Smerdon walked away re the Aquanita disgrace, and Weir has stated he wont defend the charges? Shad, as a former breaker/trainer let me explain the facts of life to you mate......you can't belt/bash kindness into a horse, they have to trust you from the word go...if you inherit one from another stable and it's vicious, and some are, win it over, it can be done you know. I used to look after one of the most vicious [and talented horses in Nth I] when I was just a kid....the boss taught me plenty [Deac] and I won him over.....I never forgot what I was taught then, and it helped me when I was breaking.

Mrs Rowley was a looker too Shu, still is......much wiser as well now, but slower around the tennis court......a handy player in her day, beating Diane Fromholtz who reached a ranking of 5 in the world.....Mrs Rowley met Mr Rowley when she was 17 and her career went down the toilet.......marrying a Kiwi fat jockey...with no talent and a passion for Italian food....just like her Mama used to make!
