No T, unlike you I will find a winner or 2 prior to the running of the race. I am off to Hastings for my annual winter jumps carnival day there, every year I go and nearly freeze to death. Looks like being a boomer frost again this year. You will be back in your padded room with your imaginary princess whilst I will be having a great day out.

Is it just me or do significantly more horses fall at Te Aroha than anywhere else in jumps racing?. 3 Fences in the straight looks a bit much as well, probably time there were no fences with-in 600 mtrs of a finish like Australia. Have a look at Cruiseo going into the straight, the horse is fair shagged and was an absolute certainty to fall, did not have the energy to get over 3 in the straight under a hard ride.

Exactly right, I spend far far more time researching what might be the best price I can get and trying to predict which way it will move in the market, based on what the Thomass's will do.
