Fair finkum...these 'Royals' have never kept up with the modern trends in fashion... Fancy requiring 'socks' again this year..when all the Fash Nistas..like moi...discarded them months ago.... ...one simply requires a good foot massage of arrowroot before the day commences to encourage a Royal invitation to the Queens Box... ...and who wouldn't want to be in that https://mobile.twitter.com/Ascot/status/1102992173165875201

Incredible story this... from the land of the criminally infested Arstralian DNA Another lay down Sally incident Sally, a senior bookie at TABCORP, looks like she's been as crooked as a corkscrew... And the betting is she's been laying her pro Punter Hubby... How this was never an 'Integrity' issue of the highest risk management wrt to that is simply 101 stuff Obviously she would have been high on their watchlist though...and now up the Dinky Die Creek in it... Racing NSW has, on Wednesday, 6 March 2019, warned off Mrs Sally Snow, Senior Trading Manager – Thoroughbred Trading Fixed Odds Betting for TAB, effective immediately following her failure to adhere to directions of Racing NSW Stewards. Mrs Snow was repeatedly directed to produce her mobile telephone(s) to the Racing NSW Stewards in relation to an investigation and inquiry into betting activities. Mrs Snow refused to produce her mobile telephone(s) for imaging, as directed, on the basis that she wished to assert her common law privilege against self-incrimination and also informed the Racing NSW Stewards that also intended to assert common law privilege against self-incrimination and not provide any information or evidence at any inquiry. Mrs Snow was repeatedly warned that failure to cooperate would be subject to sanction without further notice, including possibility of being warned off until she did fully cooperate. Mrs Snow’s refusal to cooperate with Racing NSW Stewards has obstructed and hindered them in investigating matters that are potentially of serious concern. Mr V’landys AM said: “Racing NSW has zero tolerance for those that obstruct and hinder the maintenance of the integrity of thoroughbred racing in New South Wales. We have set a precedent in warning off, and/or excluding from participation, those persons that jeopardise the integrity of racing and it is important that we maintain that strong stance. “Even though Mrs Snow has refused to cooperate, we will continue to pursue the matter to ensure the integrity of thoroughbred racing has not been compromised,” Mr V’landys AM added. The consequences of being warned off include not being permitted to enter any racecourse or training facility, not be able to have an interest in any thoroughbred racehorse and not being able to place a bet on thoroughbred races with a wagering operator. The warning off will remain in place until Mrs Snow cooperates fully to the satisfaction of Racing NSW and its Stewards.

Canterbury Racing, Thursday 14 February 2019 RACE 4: CANTERBURY EQUINE CLINIC MAIDEN "Apprentice jockey Ms T Jonker and licensed stablehand Mr P Harris were interviewed regarding a video clip posted online taken from Trackside TV footage, as the horse PRODUCER which was being ridden by Ms Jonker and led by Mr Harris was parading in the birdcage and about to enter the racetrack. Mr Harris stated he was of the understanding that PRODUCER was to be wearing a tongue tie but after looking in the horse’s mouth felt it had become misplaced, at which point he reached into his pocket and handed a replacement tongue tie to Ms Jonker. Ms Jonker was then observed to hand the tongue tie back to Mr Harris prior to entering the racetrack. Mr Harris’s explanation was noted and he was reprimanded, being advised that in future any gear issues should be brought to the attention of the Stewards which can then be addressed and rectified if necessary either prior to the horse parading or behind the barriers." Great...so Jonker knew more than the stable boy...and trainer alongside That it wasn't down to wear a TT...either this start or the previous.. Plain weird

I'm sure it'd even itself relatively quickly anyhow If the female can ride ok...she'll lose the allowance quick smart.. btw...How many races in France are decided by a lg nk and less...given the well known softer ground there?

Top of the class! Only trouble was...neither NZTR's site or the TAB PDF had the change Or the RIU Stipes tweet Are Punters meant to keep an eagle eye out? The other thing wrt TT is some on this thread suggested TT being handed to Tanya Does the stable use the TT for punting poiposes? Off last Saturday...went to the lead like a rattled hare... Back on today...shanked to last and rattled home up the sewer like a rat... what gives?
-
So Pauly gets one up in the first...while his ex training partner is in Bali...in the surf not the turf Pauly was over the moon...punching the air...same with Tanya...punching the air...on them Heres the jump...being yanked back to last...after leading 4 days ago with a tongue tie?? That piece of material is a TT ain't it...unless the Lugging Bit notified...without the TT has a bit of material holding the bit together Freda..does that look like a TT to you?
-
So Kenny Moore having Hols in Bali...Pattaya?? Pauly Harris gets to saddle up BLUEYS LAST...in the first Got first... 9th/14 just 4 days ago...when leading Tanya Jonker after the win " oh yes we decided to race him from the back today" No wonder NZ Punters have buggered off Arstralia would have required Tanya to notify that b/s Here...na... f me

So Coppins is on the wire less today asks Godber...after reading this great site " I see France have reduced whip usage to 5 strikes" Gobder "oh yes, were f in way of sync with the rest of the world on this Dizzy...even Arstralia has 5 but they only charge at 10" More or less verbatim And Dizzy...being the ULTIMATE NZ Racing Journo...arks Gobder "so if Parkes can do 40, win by a nose, and gets to keep the race...and doesn't receive 40 days suspension like France... ..wtf are NZ so far and away...OUT OF TOUCH" If you think he arksed that MOST OBVIOUS OF F IN QUESTION You ain't got much idea about the capacity of NZ journos to arks the BLEEDIN OBVIOUS ffs

Closing provincial tracks will ruin New Zealand racing
Thomass replied to Delta Bro's topic in Galloping Chat
Why do you continue this stupidity of highlighting 'one off once a year' meetings... ..where the yocal locals turn up once a year...and the rest of the Hoi polloi around the country turn up to watch the barn dance? If Reefton raced every 2 weeks?? Yea that Btw Ellis and Vella Fella are joined at the hip and lip... Vella is on the Mak Commitee and he's promised Davo Utopia....just watch -
Well I did "harass" them into humiliation over the lack of TCO2 testing in the Norf Island..NZ NORTH ..where they decided hick meetings in NZ SOUTH was the best use for their device where now they're even testing Prem meetings up here...including Nige Tiley...who got a positive in Queensland...when they very rarely tested in his home patch that

Wow corrupt another thread why don't ya... "working to create equity" hasn't worked in the Racing Industry around some parts of the World... Read the results and you'll be relly relly impressed March 1 marked the first anniversary of the female jockeys' weight allowance in France; Scott Burton examines the state of play and highlights the big winners . . . Mickaelle Michel continues to lead the jockeys' standings after the first two months of the season, looking down on Maxime Guyon and Christophe Soumillon. Statistics covering the first year of the 2kg (4.4lb) allowance for female jockeys in France underline that opportunities have knocked in the past 12 months, at least on the Flat. And while France Galop's figures are complete only for the first ten months to December 31, the high-profile success of apprentice Michel – the first woman to top the standings at the Cagnes-sur-Mer winter meeting through January and February – show trainers are taking notice of the new reality. As of March 1 the allowance has come down for all women by 0.5kg to 1.5kg, leaving a maximum total that can be claimed by a female apprentice at 4kg, instead of 4.5kg. Headline Figures Flat (March-December) 2016 Total 2017 Total Increase Rides 2,207 4,691 +112% Wins 130 380 +192% Places (2nd-5th) 663 1,596 +140% The stated aims of officials when the allowance was announced were to encourage owners and trainers to use women more frequently and to give them not just more but better opportunities outside of the races in the programme reserved for them. That second objective has been addressed with the most important increases in both rides and wins coming at meetings designated as premium – that is those run at the major tracks and carrying PMU betting, rather than smaller provincial venues. The number of winners ridden by female jockeys since March 2017 at premium meetings on the Flat rose from 59 to 279, an increase of 373 per cent. The changes have been less pronounced over jumps, with a 14 per cent rise in the number of rides, though that did produce 48 winners in contrast to 23 in 2016.

They were continually being humiliated by me... It started when a Coupland's was won by a horse having had Winkers applied... In those days only Blinkers were notifiable....I asked them if we were running a secret society here...in comparison to the our Punting competitors And unbelievably they stjill refuse to be transparent...e.g. A positive swab remains unannounced until the JCA has heard the case...usually 6 months wtf?? In Australia its announced as soon as the swab comes back...yea...wtf not? Here our Bloodstock agents get notified...asap...that's it It really is a disgraceful outfit...and they should be continually held to account

Sometimes the olde world fogies need a wee helping hand to realise females are equally competent... Imagine if other Equestrian Sports had little female participation... Jonelle Price strapping for hubby,..because she can't possibly be as good next
