Yep ever since the BLINKERS WENT ON LOIRE ....she's gone faster than EVER Theyve been the making of her... Of course you'd have to include her being caught 3 wide the first time in Blinkers to COMPENSATE her CORRECT time.... Something which you CANT fathom... ... due to the thickness of whatever grey matter you may have -
Just as well WILLO got his money out before they have to sell up!! Phoenix Thoroughbreds boss in rort allegations The syndicator of Group I winner Loving Gaby is embroiled in a money-laundering case in the US. Photo: Darryl Sherer Article Author Racenet10:48AM25 November 2019 1 Comments The syndicator of Group I Manikato Stakes winner Loving Gaby faces allegations of setting up the Phoenix Thoroughbreds organisation with stolen money. Phoenix Thoroughbreds founder Amer Abdulaziz Salman was accused in a US court of stealing €100 million in an international cryptocurrency fraud. The Racing Post reported the co-founder of fraudulent crypto-currency OneCoin, Konstantin Ignatov, made the accusation under oath during a trial of US lawyer Mark Scott. Scott was found guilty last week of fraud and laundering more than $US400m for OneCoin founders. Ignatov, who pleaded guilty to his part in the huge scam, co-operated with US authorities, telling them Abdulaziz was one of the organisation’s money-launderers. Ignatov alleged Abdulaziz stole from the operation, which has been likened to a Ponzi scheme, while laundering profits for the rort’s other co-founder Dr Ruja Ignatova. The Racing Post alleges it has seen transcripts of an interview between Scott and FBI agents in which he claimed Phoenix, also a Dubai-based investment fund, was sent $190m. Abdulaziz had publicly said in the past that he created Phoenix Thoroughbreds to provide investors with sustainable return realised through acquisition and breeding of top-quality thoroughbreds". Phoenix Thoroughbreds has grown quickly to own about 300 horses, including breeding stock, with 27 trainers on five continents. While Loving Gaby carries Phoenix Thoroughbreds’ white and orange colours, the operation has a share in Group I Coolmore Stud Stakes winner Exceedance and the handy sprinter Tavisan in Australia. Phoenix Thoroughbreds also raced the triple European Group I winner Advertise as well as Dubai World Cup runner-up Gronkowski.

We know already... Girl Friday curious inserts a whole lotta love stats into your data entry point...stirs it around...spits it out ...then you arb the shit out of it....including 10 selections in the Cup... ...where you didn't even mention the winner......"not to mention".... ....even though you claimed to have made "heaps" And then you claimed LOIRE....afterwards.... ...and treated her last start the same as NOT having a heart event.... Out of form v a VERY good excuse... Even Magoo flukes transiting a tram without being crushed... And even Magoo tries to open his eyes.... -
So the BLINKERS went back on N this week... THE GONG.... Outside the leader, then the bell end toll tolled and dropped out to midfield.... Sometimes you just can't beat go slow Preggy hormones...even with Blinkers!

FIRST UP...Definitely should have been when reading the Whip Rules....ok...on MAGNUM... Gets up by a nose hair...breaks the 5 limit by 3...and also the 'Consequtive' stride rule of NO before the 100M Fragrantly broke it 3 TIMES FFS!! The consequtive stride Whip action most definitely gets momentum up sooner rather than later under the new rules....and let's face it... The limp wristed Stipes have been totally IGNORING this...issuing wet bus ticket warnings...pfffft And then poor Opee got pinged for spitting the dummy in the 2yo Stakes Race.... Couldnt get a run after Danny Elle...pocketed him in the entire straight... Tried for a few strides then gave up in a fit of pique...3 before the line... Lost 3rd by a nose... Out cleaning Ems windows and re arranging her smalls draw for 3 weeks.... Enjoy... ...the punters certainly didn't

Where are you boys...pretty much accepted the inevitable of no WINX like admin? Heres a HK study that should put yous fellas well and truely to bed... HK doesn't need it...we don't need it.... Bleeding Bucks?: Hong Kong EIPH Study Results Released Back to: Shared Content Archive Horses based in Hong Kong that experience exercise induced pulmonary hemorrhaging (EIPH) raced just as long as their non-bleeding contemporaries without the addition of furosemide, commonly known as Lasix, according to a study published Friday by researchers from the Maxwell H. Gluck Equine Research Center. These findings resulted from one of the first reports using epidemiologic analysis of longitudinal data regarding the Thoroughbred racehorse. Dr. Stephanie A. Preston, MS, PhD, of the Equine Soundness and Sports Medicine Program of the Maxwell H. Gluck Equine Research Center at the University of Kentucky and one of the paper’s co-authors said, “The first thing that is very important is the epidemiologic analysis of longitudinal data. The longitudinal component means that we are analyzing data throughout the career of the horse. We don’t have access to that kind of information in the United States which is why I went to Hong Kong.” She said, “What I think is most important over all about this finding is that the health status of a Thoroughbred racehorse is not a static moment in time. It can’t be measured as such. You can’t simply scope a horse one time and grade its severity and be certain and have any confidence whatsoever after reading my paper, that the result is actually a good reflection of the horse’s disease status over time. It’s a very good example of why we need to look at research more closely.” A member of the industry for 25 years prior to obtaining her PhD, Preston noted that her experiences as a jockey and as a manager of her family’s racing stable were vital in her approach to this research. “I have always been a diehard medication person,” Preston continued. “Every single horse that we ran, they raced on Lasix. Why I went back to get a PhD in the first place is that I am very passionate about issues that are related to welfare and racing. Obviously that’s become a very important topic for all of us these past few years.” Preston added, “It’s important to have data and scientific evidence to form our opinion and certainly to form our policies.” Preston’s approach was specifically centered on using racehorses that were actually still racing, so the results could be as applicable to the Lasix question as possible. “It is very important to the industry because it’s based on real-life horses,” Preston remarked. “What prompted me to do this study is I’m actually very interested in lameness and the number of injuries that we see in Thoroughbreds and what’s causing that. Why constantly every year, are we seeing fewer and fewer starts for the American horses when the rest of the world is not having that problem?” Armed with the Hong Kong Jockey Club data from her original lameness study, Preston turned her attention to one of the major differences between U.S. racing and the majority of the rest of the world–Lasix use. Preston set out to discover what happens when you don’t run on Lasix. An overarching theme with the Hong Kong Jockey Club is the idea of total transparency, so that the bettor may participate with maximum confidence. Hong Kong does not breed their own horses, so all data collected was from active racehorses in training. For the purposes of increasing uniformity, all of the data was collected from 822 imported New Zealand-bred geldings of the 836 total horses imported from that country between 2007-2012. “For a lot of different reasons, the Hong Kong Jockey Club controls everything,” Preston said. “They have totally revamped the racing model and gotten into the mode of complete transparency. Every record that can influence a bettor’s decision to bet on Horse A versus Horse B is known to them, including their veterinary records. I think the model works because people feel very confident in their betting strategies because they have complete information.” Preston’s study divided the horses into four groups: those that bled (EIPH+), those that did not bleed (EIPH-), those that experienced bleeding from the nostrils (epistaxis) and those that were not examined through endoscopy. EIPH+ horses were divided further according to the severity of their bleeding (1-4, with 4 being highest barring epistaxis) and highest severity grade (in incidents of multiple levels of EIPH+ observed) to see if there was any correlation between severity grades and causes of retirement. A majority–732/822 horses–had at least one endoscopic exam during the study duration, with 99% of those individuals examined experiencing multiple examinations. EIPH+ was diagnosed most often after racing 256/405 (63%); then after breezing 220/405 (54%); after a barrier trial 180/405 (44%); and 48/405 (11%) after an official veterinary examination. Usually, EIPH+ horses experience multiple levels of severity of EIPH+ during their careers, but lower levels of EIPH were more common in the population, than the higher levels. Also, if a horse experienced a high level of EIPH, they usually experienced a lower level of EIPH during their careers: grade three (74%), grade four (76%), and epistaxis (85%). “It doesn’t appear to affect their performance, but I haven’t been able to model that over time and say only horses that reach a severity of grade three actually go on to a higher grade,” said Preston. Horses that were EIPH+ made a higher number of lifetime starts, but not significantly different than EIPH- horses (p=0.17). Number of starts was associated with EIPH, not age. The study also found that horses that were EIPH+ were retired after a longer period of time from importation than the horses in the other groups. Ninety percent of horses that experienced epistaxis 27/30 were voluntarily retired, whereas EIPH+ horses with a maximum grade of less than three were retired for other reasons than EIPH (85%). Horses that experienced a minimum grade of three or higher EIPH were retired for EIPH-related reasons (52%). “There doesn’t appear to be a reliable pattern of progression,” added Preston. “The horses that bleed a one or a two severity seem to keep doing fine. They might bleed a two then a three, then back to a one.” Considering that the U.S. spends well over $100 million a year administering Lasix, determining if the drug helps decrease the bleeding severity with reliable data is an important next step. “What my paper does not answer is if Lasix can decrease the severity,” added Preston. “I think the next question is: does it in fact reduce the severity of bleeding and if it does, that is a whole different discussion. If Lasix doesn’t, and its only effect is weight loss and that increases the performance, than I don’t think there is any debate about whether we should do away with the race-day use of Lasix.” “There is data to suggest that the better horses for whatever reason, perhaps exertion, tend to bleed a little bit more, but it doesn’t affect their overall health status or number of races run,” she said. “I would be a very, very strong proponent of the methodology behind the scientific work that says horses in Hong Kong race absolutely perfectly fine without the pre-race administration of furosemide. In fact, they have longer careers than in the United States.” Asked if she felt the Hong Kong horses’ results reflect what we would find in the U.S. population in terms of bleeding frequency and severity, Preston pointed out the scarcity of data. “When your sample is representative of the population, you can then draw inferences in the paper from the population,” Preston commented. “I don’t have that data to make that comparison, but I don’t think there is any biological reason that New Zealand-bred horses that would be racing in Hong Kong would be any different than any other Thoroughbred population in the world.” Preston originally integrated performance parameters, winning percentages, earnings and other factors into the study, but found that it became too complicated for a single paper. She is already hard at work on the next step concerning the Lasix issue. “It did make sense to me, the more involved I got, to separate them,” she added. “The first question is what happens when we race without Lasix. The second question is, what happens amongst horses with different pedigrees, which is a proxy in the next study for country of origin. Thirdly, let’s talk about what happens to performance. I really would hope that this discussion engages people in the idea that we need to do more research and rely less on subjective opinions.”

So you wouldn't have heard about this more than likely... The HOPELESS Racing Media...you know like WEIGH IN...where only good news is allowed...and not a thing about whips...only b/s info that Greasing Guerin supplies for his Jockey Buddies...or HIGHLY relevant 'Drug' scratchings Anyway...the Trainer of PAMIR is sighted by the Racecourse Investigator as having syringed a substance into his horse's mouth.... "Water" he said....and "it's not even a syringe" He even had the audacity to take the matter to the JCA who upon looking at said 'syringe'...confirmed it was indeed a 'syringe' F me...it takes a Cloth haired Judge like 'Judge' to tell everyone what even a Dullard Stipe could see...'a syringe' So 'Judge' McKenzie and Anderson had to disturb their free lunch and tasty beverages to adjudicate if the 'syringe' was indeed that and had a substance safely ensconced into PAMIR's gob... Confirmed... ..ffs...at least they have a microwave to heat their FREE lunch up again The problem with Amatuer trainers though...they either don't know the rules or just say " f da rules" And I'm betting the left it's as Luxton says "water" The Racing Media certainly won't care about reporting the result... ...especially WEIGH IN...even if it was drugged...they won't report it either ONLY GOOD NEWS ALLOWED next

As with most threads you and your cohorts enter...they detour off track and remain there... The market was always 125% without the Ballots, as per a normal race with the TAB bookies..but you sycophants were too scared to question the ignoramous about it... Lets agree MB was always going to be competitive after previous excellent form trips over there... ..who knew Blinkers a TT and Nasal Strip, to stop her bleeding, are universally recognised as performance enhancers? -
Agree, De Lore was employed by Messara and then became good friends so he has an intimate knowledge of what's required... Those who continually question De Lore, and find fault in his dissertations, have a responsibility to put him on the right track if they think he's gone off them... Mick Dittman (right) and his son Luke at the Gold Coast Turf Club. Picture: Glenn Hampson Do you miss riding? I would do it all over again, no qualms about that. I do miss it but it is a young’s man game and it is a dangerous game. You don’t bounce when you get older. When you hit the ground at age 50 or older you hit it like a block of timber. Nothing bothers you when you are young. Insight Beats Hindsight brought to you by You left school early didn’t you? I left at 12 and a half. I came from just outside Rockhampton. I wanted to try to ride and came down to the city but initially lasted just three weeks and went home but I came back again. Bart Sinclair often says in another life you could have been a doctor. How did you become so street smart? I’ve heard a lot of people say things like that but I didn’t think I was. You just learn off everybody else. Bits and pieces off people you would like to be like. I’d had ponies since I was young so riding wasn’t a problem. I initially did not go to the stables to be an apprentice jockey. I just wanted a job. Mick Dittman, Michael Freedman, and Damien Oliver prior to the running of the Navy Day Handicap at Flemington in 1995. You what was a trait you learnt off someone? I had strict parents. We were a poor family but I did not get away with anything. You knew if you did the wrong thing you would get belted. I had respect for my elders even though I was a little gung ho at times. I had a heart too. I was not the type of person who ran roughshod over people and I felt I did not change much. You rode for the great Tommy Smith. What was he like? Ultra-professional. All business. Never had an ounce of negativity. If you rode 10 horses for him in trackwork you could speak positively about nine but the minute you said something negative he would say “OK, see you tomorrow’’ and he would be off. He did not want to hear it. Dittman and trainer Gai Waterhouse after Teakau Nick’s win in the Metropolitan at Randwick in 1992. So you got along well? I found him great. In all the time I rode for him he did not whinge about one ride and I rode some bad races on horses I should have won on like Bounding Away in the Rosehill Guineas. I left my run too late and came in and said “Tommy we should have won’’ and he said “that’s okay.’’ Great trainer. Great man. It was just terrific fun going to the races with all the characters there. You won the Melbourne Cup on Gurner’s Lane with a daring ride along the rails. Was that the ride of your life? Things went right for him. He had an outside barrier but I got him back on the fence ahead of four or five and things just kept opening up for him. When we straightened up they all left the fence. I went around one horse. Dittman on Gurner’s Lane with jubilant owners Tom Borthwick and Andrew Ramsden after winning the Melbourne Cup in 1982. Did you feel like the villain beating Kingston Town? Kingston Town was just a great horse but they can’t win all the time and that was my turn so I am not going to apologise for it. What was the strangest sling you ever got? I won 11 straight on a horse for Henry Davis and the owner gave me two shirts. I thought “this is what it’s like being spoiled.’’ You were called The Enforcer because of your whip action. What do make of the whip crackdown? I think it is a good thing. They are still able to give them a few whacks. They are different types of whips these days. Some horses used to respond to extra vigour some didn’t. But if you were seen as being light on a horse an owner would often say “why didn’t you give him and extra whack?’’ Dittman shows his action on Stormy Regent at Randwick in 1994. So you prefer the modern way? I think the way they ride now with their weight and balance forward and being lower in the saddle, toes in the iron, not so vigorous and not so much all over them is a better way. If I had to ride today I would have to learn to ride in that fashion and I would be a better rider. Having said that Hugh Bowman and Damien Oliver still ride the old way and do very well so what we did still works. What about the animal protection lobby and the future of racing. Is it threatened? Not in the immediate future. There are some concerns but race horses get looked after that well. It is actually crueller to have a horse in the paddock where he is not getting rugged up at night or gets anything for all the flies and mosquitoes. 99 per cent of race horses are so well looked after. They get a fortune spent on them. You were apprenticed as a youngster to trainer Bill Kraft. He sounded quite no-nonsense. In those days they were quite tough and he was no exception. Up at 3.30am to start at 4am and you would go most of the day and once the horses were done you might have to mow the lawn. It was tough but good. Tommy Smith, John Giganti and Dittman at the Ansett Horse of the Year Awards in 1985, where Red Anchor was named the winner. Do apprentices these days get it a bit easier? Absolutely. There are rules and regulations these days. They don’t get hammered like they used to. Who was the most famous person you dealt with in racing? I met a lot of Australia’s Prime Ministers and Lloyd Williams and Kerry Packer, who I had a lot to do with. Those men you had so much respect for because they were very clever. You can’t be the same as those blokes but you have to learn from them. How has it been for you having your son Luke as a jockey? He has done well. He rides at around 56.5kgs mainly on the Gold Coast. He is tall and lanky and is like his mother in that she just loved riding and was big into the shows. He has ability and has found his niche and has a pretty damn good record. Dittman takes a spell with Shane Dye after trackwork at Flemington in 1996. Who was your greatest rival? I grew up with Larry Olsen who is still a great friend. When I went south there was guys like Peter Cook, Jimmy Cassidy and Shane Dye. Racing is the sort of game where if you have that will to win you really think you have no friends on the course. I really felt that raw competitiveness but the great things about jockeys is that most of them are decent guys who know what we all went through. Some are more desperate than others and I was one of those. If I rode four winners I wanted five. What did you make of the Winx story? Winx was known throughout the world and I have only good things to say for her. She was a champion mare and she was extremely well placed in weight for age races. She never really came up against anything you thought might have really tested her. They did not take her overseas simply because they thought there was no sense because there is so much prizemoney in Australia and she had those races at her mercy. I probably would have done the same thing but the ultimate challenge is to win everywhere. How do you feel about being admitted as a Queensland Sporting Legend? I feel very honoured and I am really looking forward to the night. I had an average upbringing and limited schooling. Where was I going to meet the Kings and Queens? I am thankful for my journey and what the game has given me. Really? Who, Yankee Vets with shares in the LASIX industry? Get a grip...15 kgs lighter and they don't run faster? pfffft The World's moving on from the way Waller and his mates train...if HK and Germany can do it the World can can.... The Thoroughbred breed has NEVER been so weak..1952 average 40 starts...now down to 10.... LASIX weakens a Horse's physiology...Imagine the effect of constantly running dehydrated.... The SOCIAL LICENSE to race Thoroughbreds is rapidly becoming a 'thang'... Why are we still putting weaned foals through needless branding pain when the tech has long existed to get rid? The constant needling of Thoroughbreds on race day to test for go fast bloods...some despise the process... SOCIAL LICENSE...paste it in your hats and say NO to LASIX

The massive problem is you and your wee mate cee are in denial about maturing horses performing to a higher degree... Especially in NZ...perhaps wee cee's right about the " they don't improve from their peak 2 yo race"? Maybe he's got stats for 1/4 horse barrel racing?? Hes closed up on that now... ..maybe he's massively embarrassed by it just as you and Bazz were about finding value on Whanga H 11 Rail huggers? Or REDZEL's trainer's wrong... Amazingly ignorant, arrogant brain farts you guys light the sky with... Any farts today? -
Oh that's right you v the HEAD VET RACING VIC. ffs And it's simply a ridiculous example you give...when LASIX admin' is 4 hours before racing so they race dehydrated after 4 not 24!
-
Honestly...let's take it 'as read' that most Bleed....we all know this... Again...OBVIOUSLY it's the degree they bleed...High degree it's @ 1/2% some say 3%.... And let's come up to present day Speed on this Drug thing Theres a real push now for 'World Wide' Racing Rules...that includes 'Drug Free' racing... Its hard to imagine World Jurisdictions allowing the use of this Drug any further... ..taking into account that it's also a MASKING AGENT for other drugs... ...so the Feds show up to do an out of competition test the week before...Trainers says "oh weve just given it LASIX so we can train WINX harder" Yea na...this DRUG has had its day I'm afraid...
-
Just let the BP go already..it's clouding your already suspect judgments... Im sorry for prefacing 'the bleedin' obvious' when commenting on your stuff..but ditto AGAIN A neddy training on LASIX v one who's not...while acknowledging its "performance enhancing" ask yaself Einstein...ffs

Oh my...this shows just how ignorant you truely is... Its about 'compensatory consideration' when analysing form such as this.... A maturing improving horse could have 3/4 unlucky, without cover runs et el and you've missed those vital KPI races in your 'speed' portfolio Of course any form analyst worth their salt compensates for such events... ...just as they do for COURSE SEPECIALISTS.... Some find it hard to believe that certain surfaces, surroundings, left/ right are what animals prefer... ....but they'd be in denial of basic Thoroughbred behaviour -
Seriously boys jealousy's a dreadful human emotion.... Its just one of the 7 DEADLY SINS though and I'll forgive you as you're simply showing A human emotion...at last... Ah yes....ENVY...who else wouldn't be envious of success like that on a lazy boring Friday? Some made a few grand off the Mel. Cup after arbing 10 horses..their MAJOR 'investing' event of the year....lol Obviously yous fellas have too much time on your hands though... SLOTHFULNESS is another deadly sin and I'm tipping you've got it in buckets... ...sitting there in your y fronts and pizza stained singlets.... ...dribbling with anticipation, waiting for my next lesson in cop the f on...

Results from an Australian research project suggest exercise-induced pulmonary hemorrhage (EIPH) may have a genetic component. Scientists from the University of Sydney looked at the pedigrees and incidences of EIPH in 117,088 racing starts by Thoroughbred racehorses over a period of more than ten years. Bleeding from the nostrils (epistaxis), a manifestation of severe EIPH, was seen in 2,474 horses. Information was collected on a number of factors that might be related to epistaxis. After analyzing data on the age, sex, and birth year for the horses, the researchers found that these factors were significantly related to epistaxis, though no significant correlation was found for track condition, track surface, length of race, trainer, jockey, number of horses in a race, or time of year. There was strong evidence of a genetic influence in horses with epistaxis. When pedigrees for these horses were compared, several sire lines figured prominently among horses that bled. The researchers said this information could be helpful in managing horses with a tendency to have severe EIPH. So that's the Genetic evidence... And the PERFORMANCE ENHANCING peer reviewed evidence is EVERYWHERE As for training with it....just ask HK Punters about it...clearly if some are on it in training and others not it can't be tolerated... Its about INTEGRITY of the Punting Product...ok?

Fair enough... But if the alternative to racing with LASIX is the German version of selecting Superior genetics...I.e. banning Bleeders from Breeding... ...that's the best solution isn't it? All it takes is a brave decision along the German lines of ferreting out inferior genes...certainly sounds macabre and they've tried that before with humans but failed miserably... Imagine the general publics horror though if it got out that Waller was using Drugs on WINX...to make her piss a days urine out in an hour...just so they could train her harder? But in the meantime before the ban on Bleeders breeding comes in...and LASIX remains the Drug of choice... The Feds need to let Punters know who's USING Drugs and who's NOT in training... Just like HK did...but then BANNED it... Its called INTEGRITY of the product isn't it?

Exactly Fish.... Gras was born in a maze Methinks...and he still hasn't got out! In reality he's totes jealous that my Blue Print...aka as tipping winner after winner..at Value... Has tipped 2 Trifectas, a Quinella and a Winner...in the last 4 races I've spoken about...a TIPPING MASTERCLASS no less 9 selections...ALL coming in! Its about taking the bleedin' obvious...in short SUPERIOR FORM IN SUPERIOR Class races...back to inferior...mid weak type races... He calls it 'population' based analysis when in fact it takes into account the fact as a neddy proceeds through each level...times decrease Who knew that the HK based rating system we have here...produces improving times as the Grades or Benchmarks become stronger? He says he does 'fastest' times win...but then leaves out 'compensatory' considerations for time lost when 'unlucky' or 'without cover'... So a 3 time unlucky horse racing in superior class on unsuitable tracks is IGNORED... Fortunately in my BLUE PRINT it's not! Thats the nitty gritty...he's Blind as a Bat to CC's...a cartoon like Magoo prodigy... I wear Google like glasses with super hero X Ray vision... A very accurate analogy of the situation imho.. Btw...when I posted the 200 turned into 10k on a lazy Friday...he poo pooed moi taking some PLACE bets as part of some MULTIS! Who knew a $2 place bet in a multi...DOUBLES a return? Now he admits to place betting! Thats called HYPOCRITICAL isn't it?
