You've got to admire a good cartwheel...and what bloke didn't encourage all the girls at school it was a good pastime to pass longggg boring lunches...eh boys? Anyway the bloke who used to strap MB...who wears a smelly old hat around...24/7...even to awards evenings...and bed... ...obviously buys cheap Pant...from China made...witness

You'll never win with this lot ATA! They've even resorted to plagiarism to make themselves appear more 'punting sophisticates'... A bloke called VC "Finche was very good again. His staying profile suggested that he may not be suited by a slower run race that required a fast sprint home and there was an element of truth to that. He couldn’t match Kings Will Dream’s turn of foot between the 400m and 150m, but he didn’t lose much ground and was very fast and strong late, recording the 2nd best rating last 200m of the entire meeting. His 101.8 rating is virtually on par with his 102 first up and we know that he’ll be better suited over further and in a race with more genuine speed. If he can progress to the 104-105 level in his lead up runs to the Melbourne Cup then he will go into that race with 54kg as a serious winning chance." Verbatim from a well known Racing luminary in Dan O'Sullivan... Grass replied thinking he'd come across an intellectual and nearly self flaggerlated himself stupid again...

I don't want to inform you of the bleedin' obvious.... ...but I'm selecting the option of reducing said BP selections by a unit until those that do race well 'in foal' arrive at the 'bleedin' obvious queue... Besides this is my baby after convincing Ross Neal of the need to inform Punters of this important consideration...so it resonates strongly in moi's thinking process Unfortunately the likes of Red Sharrock thinks he doesn't need to inform the Feds of his Mare ART DECO being "safely in foal"... ...he should be instantly fined for being ignorant

So then an email arrived from a 'Brian'...gee I wonder who that was Mick? Brian wanted to know why only one of the dead heaters on the last HB Premier day was swabbed.... Mick came up with a real doozie of an answer only an IGNORAMOUS from the RIU could spew "ohhhhh...ahhhhhhh...well we don't have to swab all winners you know..just take the dogs" FFS....ALL THOROUGHBRED WINNERS ARE SUPPOSSED TO BE SAMPLED...WE'RE NOT THE DOGS....Mick ..tattoo that across your noggin... ..but in the event that a urine sample can't be taken then a blood is used as a sample... Its that simple...so please don't bullshit your way through this radio segment EVER again thanks

Just looking through your 'history' section shrew... ...and it resembles the mind of a complete and utter moron with the Gravitas of a single cell amoeba... ...and that's praising you...

Being a 'horseman' I'm surprised at your 'thoughts' on what constitutes animal welfare fweddie ... ...comparing an abattoir to a neddy being TORTURED with electric shocks on a treadmill with no means of escape...while hooded up... ...well it doesn't compare does it? Lets imagine though...and obviously you have a vivid one... ..they were all at it...to improve performance...especially non triers or "bludgers" as the Amatuer rider stated last month.... ...will that grab the hearts and minds of the Mom and Dad's and their wee burgeoning family? ..can't wait for your imagination...thanks

Cheers flag....Ive been away seeking treatment for ellipsisdosis...alas it failed... Yes both resemble a pregnant Mare to be fear...too many Custard squares possibly? But just for you and the non believers out there...some light reading As is the case with any statistical study, one of the most important requirements is that there is enough data collected to make the conclusions drawn from it as reliable as possible. With this in mind, I examined all the data from the seven years from the beginning of 2009 through to the end of 2015. This resulted in the identification of a total of 443 qualifiers that raced on the Flat in Great Britain and Ireland while in foal. Once this set of data was isolated, the next step was to come up with a fair methodology to assess their racing performance whilst pregnant. In terms of the basics, the number of runs and wins after their last covering date was recorded in each case. After that, ‘improvement’ was defined as registering a career-best Racing Post Rating while in foal. This improvement was then measured by the difference between their best pre-pregnancy rating and their best rating whilst pregnant. The research revealed that 443 in-foal fillies and mares had a total of 1,549 starts while pregnant, an average of 3.5 starts each, and they achieved a win strike-rate of 8.26%. To put that into context, the win strike-rate of the entire population of 3-year-old and older fillies and mares in Great Britain and Ireland in the same period was 9.35%. Thus, the strike rate of pregnant runners was 11.7% lower than non-pregnant fillies and mares. This is a statistically significant difference that would not have been at all expected by many. What makes this so surprising is that even if pregnancy had no positive effect on racing performance, it would have been expected that the strike-rate of pregnant runners would have been higher than that of non-pregnant runners, as there is almost certainly a positive selection bias at play in the pregnant group. As well as it being likely that the quality and pedigree of those chosen to race while pregnant would be above average, what is certain is that with trainers having a maximum of just 120 days to race them while pregnant, they would be pulling out every stop to get them in the winner’s enclosure and/or show improvement. Thus, for them to have a below-average strike rate is very much an unexpected eye-opener. There were more surprising results to be found when the sample was examined in search of how many of the pregnant runners showed improvement. Just 67 (15.1%) produced career-best efforts while pregnant, with the average rate of improvement being 5.8lb. A total of 13 (2.9%) improved by 10lb or more and 23lb was the most improvement shown by an individual. While there isn’t an appropriate means to compare these percentages against the overall population as was done with the win strike-rates above, given just how widely it is considered that pregnancy brings about improvement in racing performance, that 84.9% of the fillies/mares in this sample did not show any improvement is surprising. Similar statistics were revealed when the performance of fillies/mares that raced over jumps while in-foal during the same period were examined as part of this study. While the sample is smaller with just 169 qualifiers, their strike-rate over jumps was 7.4% compared to 7.81% for all 4-year-old and older fillies/mares over jumps in the same period. The percentage of those that produced career-best efforts over jumps while pregnant was just 12.4%. Thus, rather than supporting the commonly-held view that being in foal is a positive for a racing filly/mare, this data suggests that being in foal could actually have a negative influence on racing performance. While it remains to be seen whether this significant new evidence will have any effect on the popularity of putting fillies and mares in foal while they are in training, it will hopefully serve to better inform breeders, pundits and the racing public in how they consider such situations. So the connections of this honest Mare appear to be getting 'excited' about their Tazzie sojourn... ...actually...almost euphoric..such is their excitement... Perhaps in part their thinking she'll get a turbo boost from being...'up da duff'.... They can be forgiven for thinking this though...most do Unfortunately for them the 'analysis' has been done and it's found to be a NEGATIVE Thats right....they mostly reverse performance... The only 'get out' they have...is that those that do improve...a small %...improve consistency and performance nicely.... Good luck with that then...you'll need it...otherwise 'custard face' is looking the winning %

It's just like a prison there for sure.... ...most are either depressed from a lack of Vitamin A or perpetually pissed to take the pain away from being stranded there...hunting for wild moss and/or lichen

So Mick got on the dog and bone to Earily 2 weeks ago stating... "yes Pete the new whip rule is for every alternative stride until the finish" Earily then gets Bernie Saundry on who immediately corrects GOBder hitting him with a FACT... "that's for 5 strides until the 100...where said rider can then whip their cotton pickin' hand off into a frenzy" Next week... "Earily..."so Bernie said you were wrong Mick" "oh uhhhh....ummmm...ummmm...look...really...i'll have to get back to you on that" FFS...the head of INTEGRITY hadn't bothered to either take any interest or bothered to READ the new rule Thats why this RIU will be DESOLVED and INTEGRITY returned to the Thoroughbred code Before everyone falls over laughing at how incompetent they really are...

Oh my....there's about 3 posters belonging to the lunatic fringe here...and you get the loon fringe festival award.... Lets make this abundantly clear for the 'non horseman' sect... Any animal within a confined space, with no means of 'flight' while being prodded with an electric current...with a mob including WEIR...standing by watching ...IS BEING TORTURED Nothing's clearer.... The means to an end was to MAKE MONEY...either through Stake money or the punt... Its criminal fraud 101 and the Grey Bar Hotel is what they deserve....

Indeed it was as you stated bazzo MASTERCLASS next time show some respect and CAPITALISE it though. . thanx. You see I explain my niches when I post it's an education process to help and progress the ART of Punting. All you and the bros from brotown Bogansville do is compare your belll ends to see who's got the bigger EGO. Anyone posting 6 tips per race as 'value' is going to get lucky one day. But you've got some explaining to do. . . One of my best yesterday was ZABDI. an easy winner at NP previously in an MAAT, the old Spec. maiden as you know one of moi's 'NICHE' form races. ZABDI absolutely smoked them last start there in that Class.after running around like a drunk az bogan yet still winning by 1 1/2L and should have won by 3L. Only gets penalised 1Kg for winning due to the conditions of the race and was. unsuited last start on a D6 track. comes out at 15's. This time Mansour drops his freaken whip and yet still wins. I put the VALUE QUOTIENT on at 10's way overs at 15's then incredibly YOU get on CAST IN BRONZE. Beaten on its merits without any excuses by Z in that previous race running straight it beats yours by 4L at least. Prey tell how could you not be on ZABDI at 15's cf to CIB at whatever the f?? Please explain your thinking on that one then we can all get some Winx.

So yet another whip violation by an 'Amatuer' yesterday. 'Amatuer' because it used to be Jacqui Fleming pro jockey who should know better. But in those days anything went I guess?? So its still 85% of Amatuer Races this year have Whip Violations. A truely disgraceful example in the Art of Horsmanship. One only needs to view a 'race' to see how bad they look and we wonder why we can't be as good as our cousins across the ditch.

Don't forget the history though Flag. When I offered an alternative on how to assess races I was continually lambasted with the NFI moniker. NO F IN IDEA The ultimate test of 'tips' and which bazz tried to prove, is a set Bank not only did his 'bank' system fail after 40 odd 'tips' ran 0/40. He tried another waycthen gave up on that as well. But like the Black Knight of Athens Holy Grail he kept on telling other Punters. NFI Just though I'd set you straight on any history re-visited.

Do you EVER give your mit a rest?? Indeed you must have a cure for 'crampus wampuss'. . .nobody could post such continual FAKE NEWS for sooooo long. . without taking something for this affliction. . Alors. . .To AGAIN set the record straight. . wrt the TIPPING MASTERCLASS. . Moi tipped in 4 races. . .a total of SEVEN neddys. . .the first finished 2nd. . .with the stated worry it "may need the run but should still be competitive" .and then onto the last 3 races. . . 3 in the maiden with the stated opinion this was the race that included the "only value of the day" at 11's a place. . . . . .I even suggested apart from the win bets I almost always do. . . is the 'value' also can include place betting when the odds are stacked in your favour. . . . . . this neddy finished 3rd. . .bet into 7's the place after I'd posted. . . . . .the 3 tips in that race finished 1,2,3. . . . . .again the 2 to last maiden I'd posted 2 tips. . . . . again 1,2. . . . . .and onto the last where I stated " this Trainer very rarely backs horses up" and looks a multi base. . . Then the coup de f in grass. . .which consigns your continual never ending fairy tale to the dustbin. . . " combine a few of these up Wally". . . into multi heaven. . . The last 3 races 1100-1 odds. . . Just paste that in your notebook of legends. . . chump

Oh my. . . .is this for real ATA? . . Theres soooooo much b/s written on some racing sites. . . .they should be excommunicated forthwith from the Punters Bibliography Society. . . . Besides my ass is sacred and only reserved for the Princess. . . . not bazzo's who wants a piece. . . . . . .the problem with a stack of toothless bogans sticking their 'prices' up. . . . . . is that eventually one or the other MUST get it right. . . .one day . . .surely the purpose of posting 'tips' is to help other Punters is it not?? . . .otherwise it's an exercise in who has the biggest bell end. . . .and the Princess knows who wins that. . . .every time So when I post tips. . . I explain how I came to the conclusion of my 'niche's'. . . . . . .not a Whakachunga drinking bum slapping exercise Of who rings their ringa ding dong. . . . LOUDER . . . Its not about ego. . . . it's about educating ignorami on how to make a difference to their punting lives. . . . . . .you know it. . . I know it

An absolutely top class EBOR last night in York . . .this race is no longer just a battlers race after the conditions were changed . . . . The winner owned now by Australian Bloodstock will undoubtedly Head down for the Melbourne Cup in a few weeks time after that emphatic DCM effort . . . Went against the pattern of winning outside barriers.but MUSTAJEER has a history of needing a rail.or else he wanders all over the show- . . .if he was racing down under he would have been blinkered long ago-for some reason they show a great reluctance to blinker up up there. . . Just GET ON this needy for the Cup now- Mustajeer Cups-bound after Ebor win Racing Post@RacingPost 7:15am , ( In the first £1 million Ebor Mustajeer had his last run for Ger Lyons, but he signed off from his time with the trainer in the most fitting way possible by landing York's historic handicap. Purchased by Australian Bloodstock prior to York's showpiece race, the six-year-old will depart for Melbourne next month to join trainer Kris Lees. Once there, he will be pinpointed for more rich handicap glory with the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups on the agenda, and after this performance it would take a brave man to doubt him. His new connections will no doubt be rubbing their hands at what the future holds. Having finished fourth in the race last year, owner David Spratt revealed how Lyons immediately got to work in preparing Mustajeer for another crack at the Ebor. Spratt said: "We started preparing for this after last year's race, when Gary Carroll gave him a beautiful ride. We were keen in the winter to send him down to Australia for the Sydney Cup, but in fairness to Ger, he said ‘Wait, this is a proper horse, let me train him properly’ and he’s got it spot on." Lyons was busy working back in Ireland, such are the demands of training, and was represented at York by his daughter Kerri, who revealed just how much the year-long effort meant to her father. “I spoke to him immediately after the race and he was absolutely delighted,” she said. “Not many words came out of his mouth, he was just over the moon and couldn’t believe it. This has been the plan all along so the fact it worked out in the end is hard to believe. It feels unreal." Here was a plan that certainly did come together. On Mustajeer's future, she added: "He’ll be prepped for quarantine and will probably leave for Australia in September. He’s going to come back with us now and go out into the field to enjoy himself." With £600,000 going to winning connections, jockey Colin Keane was revealed to be scooping a tidy £41,000 for guiding Mustajeer to the promised land. As the 2017 Irish champion jockey lifted two bottles of champagne into the air in celebration of his success, he remained as humble as ever, giving thanks to his equine partner and Lyons. He said: "It was a very good performance and it was all pretty smooth really – I gave him a squeeze when I needed to and he responded accordingly – but it’s a brilliant training performance by Ger." WATCH: Mustajeer win the Ebor The jockeys were firmly in the spotlight prior to the contest as a big-fight feel descended on the Knavesmire. In what felt akin to that of a heavyweight boxing clash at Madison Square Garden, the riders made their way to the parade ring one by one, with ITV Racing's Oli Bell listing each of their achievements to hearty applause. And when the dust settled, as the runners went blow-for-blow for almost three minutes it was Mustajeer who landed the knockout hit on his rivals. However, you can’t say he had it easy. Hot on his heels in the closing stages was Godolphin representative Red Galileo, their famous blue silks worn by young apprentice Cieren Fallon, but the pair were unable to close the gap in time, eventually downed by three-quarters of a length. Fallon was disappointed not to win, such is the competitive streak needed to be a jockey, but having only one ride to his name this time last year, the jockey could not help but share his excitement at being able to be a part of such a historic race. “I was very lucky to get the ride, and to finish second is pretty special for me,” said Fallon. “Red Galileo has run a superb race and full credit to him – he’s had an absolute blinder.” Charlie Johnston, assistant trainer to his father Mark, was another who tried to look at the positives as the season’s rapid improver King’s Advice finished 18th. Having run in a Class 5 at Lingfield less than six months ago, no-one would have believed the five-year-old would be lining up in the Ebor and among the favourites to land the jackpot. But having been raised 41lb for those successes, the handicapper was always going to catch up with him. Johnston said: "It was a disappointing run. He had a tough trip from a bad draw, and was never in the race. He’s had a phenomenal year so he’s lost nothing in defeat, but it’s back to the drawing board and we’ll go again."

Ellipses - why we find Thomaas so infuriating!
Thomass replied to Chief Stipe's topic in Galloping Chat
I categorically deny I do it to play mind f games . . .it's to get to the point in a succinct clear way without unnecessary delay .admit your pathetically obcessed by it. . . . A very good knowledgeable poster uses a similar style on another site "I didn't say will make a good stallion , I said be looking at Group 1 and place at stud , two different things . We all know that there are a lot of dud stalllions . Per Incanto off top my head , won in Italy , brought by Shadwell , underachieved, injury or the like . Cast off , top stallion so who knows. Lockinge a very good race , underrated as start of season . Winners normally pretty good horses imho. Many differing opinions out that Foxbridge , that's what a decent race should produce at start season ." Drops unnecessary words to get to the point . . . The f in Amazon's on fire and you're worried about 3 f in dots. . . . . . get a f in grip
