If GRNZ dont do something they will be in a worse spot than Aussie, they will have to deal with the dog strain and the human strain, and Jacinda will have no hesitation in closing it down. They dont even have to invent anything, just copy whats already in place in Aussie. Its not hard. And Aussie will have enough money to look after the trainers who dont have any income, whats NZ going to do??

It might be just a gastric illness but it looks like its starting to impact on their fields, so perhaps NZ should take a look at the imports that are coming in. I hear GRV are making any dogs going into, or going out and back take a 10 or 14 day quarantine standown. All it will take is one to spread it around like wild fire.

It doesnt mention anyone else in the report. $300 is no more than a weight variation, and here we have a case of frudulent behaviour. So they have investigated the breach deemed it as frudulent, but taken it upon themselves to determin another quick way of handling it under a minor infringement. They didnt actually charge under 62.1(i), but agreed it was frudullent then looked for a way THEY could deal with it.. It should have been a charge under 62.1 (i) and sent to JCA surely!!
