  1. Western Australian racing is providing a quality product and he's been a big part of that success
  2. Many of us LIVE racing, it's in our blood. A big part of our enjoyment is hearing different perspectives and the thoughts of people involved in the industry. Radio might not be selling tickets at the front door but it's the glue that keeps everyone interested. NZ Racing is beginning to lack importance, I understand that we're coming out of COVID/Winter, but the lack of depth is hurting long term investment and interest. Today, my time will be spent in the garden listening to (online) RSN Radio which promotes the Australian product, we'll hear thoughts from form analysts, punters, trainers & jockeys as they'll share their heart of how their mounts were "TEARING UP SECTIONALS" and "WE HAVE GOALS OF HEADING TO THE MCUP" Radio gives our sport TIME which TV can't.
  3. I believe the Samsung S20 Note (phone) has a radio receiver, it seems in these interesting times even technology is reverting back to radio, so who will be left to broadcast during these interesting and challenging times.
  4. What did i just read
  5. the show is based on jockey and trainer interviews rather than host opinions right?
  6. photos might help discussions. these photos were published by https://twitter.com/SurfingPunter social media is helping to keep the game competitive but more importantly, honest. I expect a long spell for bowman.
  7. you can now stream on the loveracing.nz, funny thing is it's better than the tabs website
  8. Yeah, sorry - when I reference racing.com I'm mostly talking about their live vision and access to replays, I can quickly access parade ring, preliminaries & race coverage, their website and app make it effortless. In regards to other more professional details I don't pay close attention.
  9. I didn't have a connection to anyone on course, when I grew an interest in racing, I looked online for like minded people. I didn't immediately find what I was looking for, but in NZ all i could find was negativity and people bashing each other for no good reason. This also happens in Australia, but I knit picked and found a few like minded people who gave me insight, that lead me to having a share in a syndicated horse, not in NZ but in Australia. But here we are, a thread opened to belittle Mark Rosonowski, another example of bringing down one of the biggest contributors to NZ Racing, for what? are you trying to hurt racing or him? He offers genuine insight and provocative information which makes you want to know more about the game. Racing.com is brilliant, it's the best in the world for racing, but they do 1-3 venues a day? they're a specialist product with what looks to be an unlimited budget.
  10. i'm filthy, racing needs front men who know the product inside and out.
  11. The biggest deterrent to NZ racing are people like you who post negatively with no positive feedback. When someone looks to get into a racing community, they'll stumble across this forum board and walk away... I know, because I did. Mark Rosonowski is a gun.
