That's my 3 Agree with your tip with Queen Of Glory, she's actually got a fair bit of ability, but to make her the bet of the day in an Amateurs race is pretty gutsy, we all know those races can be car wrecks at times! DadNDave will be my only bet for the day in race 4, manners can be iffy but he goes away I think he's a winner. Edited October 27, 2018 by CrossCodes Quote

Happy Sunrise Posted October 28, 2018 Author Posted October 28, 2018 See Matt Cross said they have bet on Dadndave in from 6 to 4 20. A thousand on him at 4 80. Interesting considering it is his second start from a stand. My Carbon Copy is in the race plus a Purdon runner. I will watch with interest. Quote
Happy Sunrise Posted October 28, 2018 Author Posted October 28, 2018 Kings Landing needs to get chucked. You can't move out like that and check a horse and go onto win. However, I won't be holding my breath. Quote

Nothing ever gets chucked out these days. The stipes are only focused on drivers. Hence, Tim Williams will probably get a warning or telling off. Quote

If I could see into future, would not have bet on other 2!! Trotter went OK in race 2....but cullenburn terrible...just wonder about track on that passing lane. It seems very deep on the inside.... Weather 2moro not lookin good....could be a bog, might be circling outside rail like the old dayz 2 Quote

globederby12 Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Hmmm. Not one to back Trotters , apart from our own stable, but I think Ronald J is a live chance tomorrow. Taken awhile to show his best again and been a tad unlucky at times but he has the raw horse power and talent to be in the money tomorrow. $6.80 and 2,s 2 Quote
Kakama Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 In the cup....no reason why Spankem couldn't go close....my roughie..No doctor needed, ran 3rd 2 years back....so track no issue 1 1 Quote

Supporting fields not quite as good as previous years, the best horse sometimes get beaten by the horse that handles track better Quote

globederby12 Posted October 29, 2018 Posted October 29, 2018 Damn. Thought Ronald J had it there for a minute. And my fav up and comer Pats Delight a huge run sitting parked. He is the real deal this horse, gutsy as , and an ideal Cup horse in the making. Could see this horse running around the Grand circuit in Aussie. Good times 1 Quote
