Agreed.  Private Eye last won a race in September last year and then before that October 2022.  One Grp 1 and that was in October 2021.

I don't know. I suppose it depends how you do your ratings in each distance category. I'm not good on international ratings but they look about right for the time-frame to me.

As I said, I don't know but I presume because of the 2kg weight difference when they met in the Lightening.

The horse has to have raced between Jan and May but surely a lot of the ranking points would have been accumulated before that period.
