B wallace driving the horse in the trail. with 600m to go his helmet fell off,striking the trailing horses leg. you have to laugh when you look at the video. haven't seen that happen before. Interestingly he was charged under a rule which said the chin strap must be properly secured. The decision noted,because he had no prevbious breaches of that rule,his fine was reduced by $50.
