I see he again has his pride and joy Perfect Posy out today, he part owns, rides and trains.

Without being too rude here, I ask what is he thinking. It’s had 37 starts and yet to salute, I get that he loves the game but surely with so much success as a rider early on, must have some coin to invest in better stock?

Not here to offend him, just wondering

I suggest you don't back it.

Still won $28k in stakes.

Let's face it without its entry the odds of NTD would be increased.

No, you’re right I wouldn’t back it ever. Just mainly interested in his story recently, is this the only one he trains, if so is there a story behind it?
I suppose it’s just me thinking how great he was as a jockey then did great things in Aus.

Shows as having 5 in training.

When I last spoke to TK, its all around having a bit of fun and keeping his fitness up!

As long as the bills are being paid does it really matter? :)

Fair enough, that answers my question. Just couldn’t see Lance Osulivan or even Leo doing similar

When I last spoke to TK he was contemplating sending it to that woman trainer from Riccarton, she knows all about training slow bastards !

So Snow what was the last horse you trained?

3 very different people involved here if you were to compare and contrast!

re Lance, always highly motivated to get that $,  and then getting another! He is also involved with running a mid size business!  v TK, who doesn't come from a racing family, and he has a serious 'love' for the horse!  Back in the Laxon days Laurie had a serious appreciation of TK 'horseman skills'. If he wanted he could walking into any of the big stables in AU as a track rider! A simple pleasant fellow! Wouldn't surprise me to see him find a nice horse one day! Doing it all on the cheap as well! :)

Lance's training performance has gone to another level since his brother returned from HK. Tony hasn't had the same privilege and deals with horses whose pedigrees would pale into total insignificance compared to the thoroughbreds that enter Wexford.

As for the negative tosser on the white horse, take a leaf out of Newmarket's book and next time ask 'Why?' instead of being abusive

That's Camilla I'm riding, I ride her often.

As for asking why, I often ask myself why I'm conversing with non achievers in the game !

I'll play your silly game BC!

How many mentions did you get in Tapestry of the Turf?

I got two photos published in it!

We on this site cannot answer that. Why do you converse with non achievers?

Perhaps it takes one to know one.

I wouldn't think you'd do much riding now, old grey mares included.  It would also be a while since you bowled a maiden over.  Do you still roll out for that old people's game?
