The Crucible Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 There are a few things I'm used to accessing on the old TAB website, but I can't find on the new site. I'll list them here, because some of you may have found them and could perhaps tell me where to find them. Or perhaps someone from the TAB will read this and respond - I've emailed them but have not had any response. Please feel free to add things that you can't find: - jockey index for a particular meeting - trainer index for a particular meeting - jockey's book of rides - used to be able to click on their name and see all of their rides for the day (similar to the index), as well as their strike rates - quinella dividends Just managed to find Will Pays so have taken that off my list. Opens in new window. Point to a jockey and click. Point to 'Jockey' (next to 'Overview') and click. That will show jockeys declared rides. Might be an easier way, but I haven't been able to find it on this 50 million dollar piece of crap. 2 Quote

Barryb you post a screen shot of the indexes but not the link. That's a bit like showing us the treasure while hiding the map or not giving any clues. Chief, a mate of mine is still waiting for the email for password reset. I'm wondering if you have changed email addresses since you opened your TAB account ..i know he has done so at least twice, so they may have replied to you but you dont know it! To get the trainers, sires, jockeys info you want, go to Extended Form and the field for a race is presented similarly to the old site (thank God). One 'blip' though in Extended Form that I've found so far ...weights are not listed! So if you want to do serious form analysis using Extended Form info, you cant see at a glance the weight a horse is carrying! Quote

Click extended form Cliock on the jockey/trainer name you want to look at. ie Opie Bosson Then click on the word jockey, trainer or sire all rides for Opie will appear Quote

I expect the answer is that the green tick and message is an automatically generated response sent to everyone who clicks on that option. Where they've sent to (and if its been successful) is clearly the issue for many frustrated account holders this week! Quote

Making this change will see northern/central galloping meetings at the top of the dropdown box and the meaningless result somewhere obscure much further down (where it should be). However I am not getting notifications because the new site says that my email address is missing and it won’t accept it when I try to enter it! Anyone else having the same problem regarding their email address? Quote
