They are sent to clubs weekly. I'm not sure where else you can get them. No idea why NZTR don't make them available on the web.

Can't say I remember seeing such analysis but if there has been, and it is crap, then why hasn't some one produced a more thorough and robust one, if it's that important?

I don't think it is. I think it's pointless. I don't see why you are obsessed with the idea of comparing one and two race day a year clubs with the likes of Ellerslie.
