I think 'nz' have been tracking down since the mid 90's..  more so as 'our' better tried younger horses have become more and more attracted to rich overseas money! Life changing for a lucky few!  Over time I presume there will be a serious trimming down of G1's etc in both NZ and Au..

Nothing to do with it. Im sure he does , but they are just buying up cream of crop , trackside & media celebrate it like its something of significance.
