The amount owing when the receivers were appointed was $451,322 to secured creditors. The appointer was Reason Finance Limited. Final Receivers report attached. Perhaps they found the $451,322 owing. My guess the Finance Company loan was bridging finance between when a horse(s) were purchased and when FRAC hoped to sell all the shares.
