Geez Brodie.....nothings changed.

I did see the race....and after early burn I was expecting it to fade....but kept going strongly.

Stablemate let it ride might also make trip over.Class horse....

It got run down in the slowest mile rate for the night over a mile and it is some NZ Cup winner?

To be fair, he did offer any odds you wanted for Field Marshall.

Forget Betfair, try Brodfair. No restrictions and choose your own odds.

Good old happy to the rescue again!!

Nah, wouldn’t have a bet with Brodie, i can tell the ponzi all talk types.

Just out of curiosity, name just a few open class horses that have excelled over a mile at Menangle, but failed over 2300m?

Newmarket, where did I say anything about open class horses?

Read exactly what I said.

A open class type horse is a good horse obviously so it could win over 2300.

However, as I said just because a horse can run a quick mile at Menangle doesn’t mean it will win over 2300m

That fast mare that Teaz trained and sent over to Menangle that Tritton trained, probably didn’t win over 2300m because it was a short course horse!

Are you saying she would win the NZ Cup because she could run quick quarters?

She was a quicker horse than MFM!

There are heaps of horses that win many races at Menangle over the mile and when they step up to the 2300m they are no good.

Your statement not mine buddy. Would be good if you could name them? Forget heaps, half dozen would be good.

You need to do a bit more homework...only just returned from a break, so expect improvement bigtime.

I don't think you follow harness that much....but myself and few wiser will remember the grand made armalight getting beaten into 3rd in a kaikoura cup. Scribes reckon she wouldn't stay in nz cup....sits parked and kills them.

Newmarket, you are just trying to be arrogant now.

There are horses that are good over a sprint and not as good over middle distance and you know it,.

Just looked at Betfair Oz and next race at Redcliffe.

No place betting at all being accepted on the race, so harness in NZ going to,be a battle.

Pathetic amounts being offered as well.

Anyway great debating with you,  but you stubborn and “Brodie”on the money again!

State of Origin on soon, so signing off for the night!

Never said it isn’t a good horse, but it ain’t a NZ Cup winner

As for homework, I dont bother with open class racing I prefer the lower class, has been more money to be made.

Nite nite. Don’t think I’m stubborn, but I do like facts.

As for Betfair, mid week harness not huge, only gets going before race. But you can set odds, they will either get excepted or not, try it.

Remember that race well. Great mare she was. Who did win that Kaikoura cup? Hands Down?

Didn’t have a go today, and haven’t for about 4 weeks or so, but 2of those weeks I was in Oz.

Lost a fair bit of interest in punting recently.

Odds are mostly unders and when the TAB restrict you to pathetic amounts for this day and age I can’t be bothered.

Queensland is no better for NZ harness.

The TAB wonder why they aren’t increasing their turnover?

They are turning punters off that is why!!

Field Marshall 2nd last weekend, has had virus.

Let it ride won 1-49 coming from last to win easily.

Both going to Queensland, good to see them going well for the butt boys

Very good win by let it ride, even if an average field.

Was more of a staying type earlier on, but has developed good speed also.

You are loyal. We will see if MFM can go a distance ?

The debate will be settled!
