I see from the advert for the position of General Manager-Racing at HRNZ that the successful applicant has amongst their duties race date allocation

Probably one of the most important drivers of Turnover and has always been done by the CEO previously

Perhaps Phil is too busy

Happy, I always thought that in order to offer advice one should know what they bare talking about. In respect of Funding Policy and Race Dates I doubt Phil is in a position to offer any advice

Race Dates probably are, along with Funding Policy, the 2 most critical functions that are undertaken. Why is one of them being passed down to the 2IC?
