Is it true that the are trialling remote commentators?

I heard that the Palmerston North race commentator wasn't even on course but working from a remote studio.

Is that correct?

I had said in another post thread, that it would be nice to hear a different voice, eg Teaz or someone else. I also said I really like Whites commentary, however listening to the same, same Alex, Camb and now Mana felt like I wanted a change. I said something along the lines of Karrots like Karrots but would like on the odd occasion to eat something other than Karrots. I don't know. Just how I felt.

whites commentary are ok as long as he is not all dressed up and no were to go lol .teaz is the tops
