LA ROSA - lay outwards through the back straight on the final occasion and rounding the final bend. Driver S Ottley defended a charge of using her whip with more than a wrist only flicking motion in the home straight. After viewing replays and hearing the evidence the JCA upheld the charge and suspended Miss Ottley's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 13 December up to and including 27 December 2020 (7 days). BETTOR TWIST - Driver T Williams reported that his tyre had deflated during the running. Mr Williams defended a charge of using his whip with more than a wrist only flicking motion in the home straight. After viewing replays and hearing the evidence the JCA upheld the charge and Mr Williams' driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 13 December up to and including 27 December (7 days) and in addition imposed a fine of $500.
