pete
Grand Rio in the third at Tauranga. Has copped a quagmire at Rotorua then a sandstorm at Te Rapa.
Weasel
speaking purely thru my wallet, I think St Andrew's Masonic copped another slowly-run race..why Johnson didn't just ensure it was a more solid tempo is beyond me..horse stays better than most but not auited by sit-sprint tactics ..and that's about the third time! They have been putting her in races with big weights, riding her back, mixing all her distances up, I don't know why they don't do what she loves, 1200m, go to the front, and put her in a suitable race. Most are sit and Sprint these days, a shame if you have a out n out stayed, and not to many of them these days.

Thought same.....maybe she needs to get her confidence back in a lesser field....but I also think she needs the front...
