I think you've kinda missed the point....which is Richards was penalized for being honest.

Nod's comment is on the button,  though,  the racing grapevine being what it is!

IMO he should have been commended for his honesty, and perhaps warned, and advised to up his stable protocol.  Nothing more.

A fine is just b/s.

I have not missed a thing, he was charged , pleaded guilty was given a small fine . End of story with his and his Backers reputation intact. Unlike some on here who suggested he should have tried a different tact which Nod and i showed would have failed just as Melham and co have found out.

What a self righteous clown you are, you're indicative of what's wrong with racing in NZ, closed, immovable and live on planet Flash. It's not about 'his' reputation it's about the 'being honest and fine' .....as I said, we've all told porkies to the racing police, most of them wouldn't know the truth if it bit them on the arse, so being upfront and honest doesn't pay and it suits your narrative to sanctify the police and their mean, dispirited actions........

Wow this stable has had some terribly bad luck, what with this and the positive around the xmas / new years period that was just an innocent mistake. I do hope their luck changes for the better and they can get everything sorted out for themselves and normal service resumes afterall they must be beside themselves with all this going on.

Your proving what a dumb F wit you are with this sort of shit, ably supported by grumpy Bob and Pam. So much for integrity but if you all need help with the concept i suggest you call jamie , he has it all sorted. Its probably why owners like to deal with him.  Do yours?

Ah, JJ, I left the colours at home one day, told the stipes I'd been crook, [I had] I copped a 50 buck fine, wanted to scratch mine from the Maribyrnong plate as he had heat in his o/f fetlock, vet couldn't find heat, wouldn't let me late scr, he went terrible and I had to turn him out, he was out of Miss Emma, your champion 2yo of that year, he was never the same, I should have said he had colic signs and it would have ended different, I learnt a valuable lesson that day,  my story is minuscule but to me, a life lesson.
