What I do know is that win /place tote pools are a fraction of what they used to be. Would like to know how much the Bookies are actually taking on each race, as they are just a no risk Bookie outfit! When they restrict many yo pathetic amounts and then they are showing $500 and $1000 bets as being large bets it is clearly not encouraging wagering!
