Your scenarios are actually very rare. I do remember the Galah pointing out a Rogerson one (your scenario 2) which happened a year or two ago . which was pretty accurate 'MeetMeIn Serrento' the benificiary.

Happy Sunrise actually accused Blair Orange of killing a horse (total rubbish , not his doing at all) on another site that completely stopped all comment there , which really sucks . but why are so people so mean ?

Maybe I was harsh on Chief, I take it back. But come on, if your a driver in front you shouldn’t be able to choose who you let out from behind you before passing lane. 
And, to be honest this does happen all the time, each week you would see it happen. Maybe I am negative on the game, but look what it is delivering at the moment, it’s a terrible look, most fields are poor. 
I suppose being a punter for years I just put up with it, but not anymore.

think the Tassie harness racing scene,  has a few issues regarding racing stock that are not that great. stuff to 

Great to see Natalie winning some amongst the fab Canterbury trainers NZ. Her sister Vicki Rasmussen is still doing exceptionally well in Queensland.

Won again last week with old kiwi horse she leased , Auckland Cup winner TURN IT UP. 4th win this year in the open class ranks. still running 1.54 odd.

But isn't that always been part of the game?

When questioned about why he moved off the rail, Driver Wally Nobbler replied, "He was tiring quickly Sir like a 70 year old in a brothel and he was running outwards to the exit.  I'd used up my whip allowance"....

Perhaps racing could get innovative with the rules - if your horse is spent then you can drift inside the markers and not interfere with any horses behind you.

That said is there any specific rule that says you can't move off the markers?

To counter that the Drivers get nailed if they squeeze through a gap on the inner and brush a marker or two.

With regard to the adverts - you can always buy a subscription and go advert free.
