May this holiday season be one of peace and relaxation and pavlova and cold ale and lots of success on the punt.

Santa sent me an email saying Pam's horse should run in the first three this arvo but he was extremely confident that the "Bugle" would fill our wallets in the last this evening at Sandown.

I have friends that would be alone normally but they are coming here.  We have plenty,  turkey, leg lamb and big roll of pickled pork apple sauce.  Roasties  new potatoes and peas from wife's garden.  Grandkids will raid raspberry bushes,  water fights,  ah heaven. 

Enjoy Xmas folks. Hope you get a leg over,  and not a horse.
