Yes you are totally correct Newmarket! Very few standing starts and just a total lottery as to what we get. The unruly horses starting far back from where they are allowed to start is something that just seems to be accepted. Drivers like blair orange always seem to start as close as they can,but others appear to want a moving start and are happy to handicap themselves almost out of contention.Theres not a consistency to it for some.
