Some tracks report everything well beyond requirements, often with additional reports, say on a Thursday for a Saturday meeting. Others like the CJC seem to be a law unto themselves, and their track reports are late more often than not.

So they report what God told @Huey to send down but not what they do themselves. No wonder it is pointless trying to correlate moisture readings. Yet aren't they required to run a water budget? Of course if they aren't then there is no way of managing the track to be optimum. -

Godolphin's Tornado Alert (Too Darn Hot) has sustained a setback and will not contest the G2 Bahrain International Trophy on November 14, according to trainer Saeed bin Suroor. A winner of the G1 Grosser Dallmayr-Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennen in July, the three-year-old colt will instead point toward Dubai targets. He ran fourth in the G1 2000 Guineas, sixth in the G1 Derby and was runner-up in the G3 Hampton Court Stakes at Royal Ascot prior to his German tally. Bin Suroor said, “He has had a small setback, no real problem, but we will keep him for Dubai. “The ground was going to be good to firm in Bahrain and he prefers easy ground and when he won in Germany it was soft ground. I think the ground in Dubai would suit him better. “He's done well over the summer and was in good form and even last week he was working well, so we will keep him for Dubai which I think will be a nice idea for him. “He's a nice colt and is improving all the time. This season in March when he started to work he showed his class. With time and age he has got better and I'm looking forward to bringing him back to the UK and European racing next season after Dubai as a four-year-old next season.” The royal blue will still be represented in the Bahraini prize with Charlie Appleby's Military Order (Frankel). We're discussing the 2025 Cup on its own merits. I'm sorry I don't have the time to educate you on the nuances of horse racing. You just keep backing 7 horses to win in tbe same race. The industry is very greatful for your contribution. Well thats one concession I suppose as you were bagging the horse before the race even when the same nameless racing journalists you elude to weren't. However let's leave the description of her ride to one of the greatest Australian Jockeys Glenn Boss. Specifically, he said: "what a magnificent ride. You have got the accolades of the greatest of riders, all the owners here, the trainers, you just rode it beautifully". His comments praised her patience, poise, courage, and confidence in securing the rare Caulfield Cup-Melbourne Cup double, a feat that etched her name alongside other legends of the sport, including Boss himself.
