    That's an interesting point. If you determined the value price of a horse and it suddenly is better than that price do you bet? Or does the "market know better"?

    Why? The protester was trespassing. The Police didn't file charges. Quite frankly the protester got all he deserved. Imagine the meal you would have made if one of the dogs had returned a positive?

    What is the metric you measure "more than should be" against? The way I see it the best Jockeys are frequently mentioned in the Stipes reports. They are always pushing the margins. Was easier to do it without being seen in the old days without the Bunker and the HD Video technology slo-mo from a minimum of four camera angles!!

    Interesting the track was rated a Soft 7. Grailseeker runs 1:07.71. Which is very quick for a soft 7. Was the chute harder than the rest of the track? Or was the race mistimed? Or was the race short? Had it improved during the day? On Trackside the commentator had said the Jockeys had approached the Stewards to say the rating was wrong. The Stewards didn't change it. There is no mention in the Stewards Report.
