  1. Really when was that? FFS if the Hesi crew had had their way you would have been permanently banned years ago! Free Speech? Compare it to the alternatives available to you. Show some grace and accept that you are at least tolerated (although the least tolerated poster) on BOAY. As you know any forum is ultimately limited by the legal framework under which we operate. Now "my terms" are fairly lenient - if you don't like them then go play elsewhere.
  2. That just shows how warped you are and your lack of awareness. Any reasonable person that followed the conversation that led to your moderation would know the reason why. FFS - no one really cares about your punting picks and why they hell anyone would pay for them! Now you either play nicely or piss off. Your choice.
  3. You were advertising for someone else - nothing to do with sexism or even your views - being the Free Loader that you are I'm not surprised. Not true. You were put on moderation and you know why. But once again you are acting like a spoilt child. Your posts were put on hold - you were never banned. You could have still posted but they would have been subjected to review before publication. As it was you threw your toys out the cot and refused to post at all.
  4. I realise this but trying to find the loonometer tipping point is hard to judge. Afterall we all have our moments!
  5. Click on the three dots top right of post.
  6. You're on borrowed time Thom-ass.
  7. Since when did you work in the industry? Running a dodgy picking service based on your fraudulent blueprint is hardly "working" in the industry!
  8. Is that the reason you keep bringing the Walker case up all the time? Because you see yourself as some kind of hero for NZ Racing integrity? Thomarse you are on thin ice. I warn you now I detest hypocrites.
  9. What a bore fest that will be.
  10. You are kidding me? Where do you get that number from?
  11. I don’t particularly care either way. I still think David Walker was hard done by. His punishment was out of all proportion to his crime. If he was tried for a similar crime in a normal court he probably would have got diversion.
  12. A bit rich coming from you. Why do you bother posting?
  13. The point is though once he has done his time Weir can reapply for a license. Thomarse wouldn't have let Moody back.
  14. A second chance yes. But she used that chance up so now the answer would be no. Again in terms of Walker the betting option provided by the TAB was wide open to be abused and under the rules od racing shouldn't be allowed. Walker got caught and was done. Why couldn't after he has done his time (the penalty was excessive) be allowed back? FFS the impact reports from losing punters would have made amusing reading.
  15. Walker doesn't have a string of convictions.
  16. That would eliminate a fair few people. Real life i.e. outside of racing doesn't work like that. Why is racing any different? Racing judiciary and management are hypocrites anyway. How many of them have a drink driving conviction? Those that have are considered "undesirable" and are supposed to be banned from racecourses and holding a licence.
  17. The bigger fraud was the TAB offering the dumb arse bet involving no stakes places in the first place. Where else in the world have they offered such a bet? Sure he committed the crime but why wipe him out forever? It was a PRIVATE training track. What possible crime to punting or racing integrity could he have possibly committed? NONE!
  18. A private property hardly Awapuni! What harm was being done? As far as I know the TAB aren't taking bets on track gallops!
  19. Na the second go of hiding in a hedge watching him work a friends horse on a private property. That was over the top.
  20. That's a bit rough Noodlum. We all read Greg's posts with avid enthusiasm. They give us an insight into how those in charge are thinking.
  21. Worse than that my understanding is that the change occurred because of the Level-3 in Auckland restricting travel. Which as it turns out was over well in advance of the meeting. Even before Nominations had closed! Needless to say the track at Ruakaka wouldn't have been throwing sand around like Te Rapa. I see the whole 3yr old pattern is screwed at the moment. A compressed timeline into the HB Guineas. I'm not sure what trainers feel about the programmes. I doubt many would comment publicly anyway.
  22. Do you think they will have the common-sense to build the Polytrack in such a way that it doesn't compromise the Turf track? From my understanding the base infrastructure is fairly permanent and you would want to make sure you compensated for drainage from the existing turf track.
  23. Yes and created assets that the industry can't maintain.
