Yep, agreed. & yes I think Julie would be outstanding, she spoke brilliantly on TV yesterday after the win. She just might be too smart for those clowns I feel.

Imagine being the poor TAB help desk getting some of these types of queries, we are talking people who have punted for decades & they can't spend 2 mins trying to figure it out for themselves where it would logically be.

Just in case you are not. WTF do you think the 1:10.03 means under Sword of Osman?. The 1 1/4l under The Chosen One I would have thought was obvious to a 5yr old, thats the margin from the winner. https://www.specsavers.co.nz/

Are you taking the piss? You must be, no one is that farking stupid are they?.

By the same token Reefton, you don't want an board or leadership of an industry whatever it is full of people from inside the industry. There has to be a balance of both, people within racing right now haven't exactly done much to advance it to any great degree, so stacking with them isn't exactly going to change much. Its like great Rugby Players don't always make great coaches, administrators, leaders etc. The biggest issue with racing is its so fractured and there is no one collective group or response to anything, until thats resloved then its going to continue backwards. I very much doubt racing in NZ will exist outside of a few small pockets in 20yrs, this years yearling sale in book 2 and 3 will convey the future confidence or lack of.

Wasn't meant as a reference to you chief, however I have met some of the most intelligent people whom lack the commonsence to find there way out of a wet paper bag.
-
Sorry Chief, below is the step by step instructions. I keep over estimating peoples intelligence. Click extended form Cliock on the jockey/trainer name you want to look at. ie Opie Bosson Then click on the word jockey, trainer or sire all rides for Opie will appear

Look when Myers and few othe NI trainers abandon these venues they will be farked anyway, enjoy it whislt you can, there days are numbered despite any bullshit you trot out. The racing from these venues is low grade stuff on tight turning dangerous as fark circuits, it doesnt have a future.

I must say though I have been to Kumara and still have the caps from 3 yrs ago. I had a horse racing with Freda and you couldn't get a better person to be involved with on a race day. If you are looking to get involved in a horse Freda is your go to in the South Island, keeps you informed, is trustworthy, honest, & exceptionally talented. I have a young filly with her right now & I couldn't be happier with how things are going.

Bang on Pam, shit it looks horribly amatuerish to say the least, someone will lose a life if it doesnt improve.
-
Dont actually see much wrong with it, the fall was more to do with poor riding than anything else. The Nuggets race was outstanding.

Fark off, learn how to lighten up man, its typical of you South Islanders to bite hook like and sinker. This forum has become a bit of a SI whinge fest (or Labour Party wankers) thats for sure and you post just captures that. PS: I am NOT old.

Look lets be honest, lets close all South Island Gallops, No one up here in NZ would miss it. You guys are nutty Harness freaks, you can have that boring as batshit stuff & a few dog races.

All those you mention are easy to find. Refer above.

Yes, it was the porn I was downloading on 3 devices slowing us down.

As I said Turny, only 2 types of customers they want, new ones and losers.

That has been around for 12 months mate, did you not look at the website in the past?.

Seems a bit drastic over a few issues on a website. These corporate bookies in Aus are not the Panacea that a few are making them out to be on here. I have had a lot more experience that probably most on here by a wide margin. I opened my first account nearly 20yrs ago which was IAS operated by the famous bookmaker Mark Read. Whilst yes they give bonuses and boosts & offer a lot a great things, they only offer them to 2 types of punters, 1) New punters to them whom they don't know, 2) Those whom they perceive as long term losers. I have lost a lot of money with them through the way they treat you as a customer and various other issues, the plus side is great for sure but if you are anyhting decent its only short lived. Be careful what you wish for.

Well well well, its my farking turn tonight. The site is being a complete c--t & I am sturggling to look at anything at Kumara, keeps coming up with "An error has occured". I have resisted saying much negative as any issues for me are easy enough overcome by getting the info elsewhere or just making do, but this is giving me the shits tonight. Can only bring up races 1 and 2, the rest cause a problem.
