And you have the nerve to call me a "sensitive petal" in a PM? This is my last post on this site. Keep going and you'll have no one left.
-
Firstly.... where have I mentioned anywhere that I backed Bella Mio? You're pulling "facts" out of your ass, just like Leo used to do. Remember Leo? The guy you mentioned to me via PM today? You then undermine me by stating I'm a "self-proclaimed betting analyst" knowing full well what I do for a living. Chief Stipe - no one gives two shits. Only you care at this point, and you're making yourself look silly and paranoid, among other things. This isn't congress, it's an online horse racing forum FFS. Your attitude atm will only increase your stress levels, which is demonstrated by your posts/messages today, you're under a lot of it. And to fucking answer your question for the 100th time, I would have used effort in my ride, as opposed to just sitting on the horse as a dead weight. Did you get that answer? I was only asking for effort to be shown, so punters don't get royally fucked by a jockey who puts in no effort. Do you comprehend my answer now that I've said it again?

The only toxicity comes from you, Chief Stipe. Yes, I was asking to put advertising on this site. Where have I rubbished this site? I still post on here as much as I do elsewhere, and I still support this site. I don't quite get what you're trying to get at? Do you feel betrayed that I've made amends with some people? I am my own man, and I've never had affiliations with anyone from either site, so instead of crying, how about you stop attacking your most loyal posters. Take a good look at yourself. You are acting bitter and angry, and now you're having a go at me because I squashed my beef with Leigh. When I didn't like Leigh the most, I believed he was acting exactly as you are now. The tables have seemingly turned, and it's tough to watch. Sort yourself out
-
Oh dear... Chief, I don't know what's going on in your personal life, but over the last week, your credibility has dwindled. "You're a riding expert too. "Self-proclaimed betting analyst" - what the fuck are you on about? It was only a few weeks ago you were asking to catch up for a beer. I make a few posts on RC and suddenly you show your true self. I hope you can sort things out. You won't have many members left here otherwise.

She should have shown some effort, Chief. Any effort, at all, to get her horse into the race. A couple of weak slaps halfway down the straight isn't good enough. Horses that aren't picking up by themselves need early encouragement. Sitting dead still on the horse and running in the worst part of the track down the straight isn't good riding. She's a good young rider, but if I'm paying the bills and my jockey makes no effort at all, I'm not happy - and the owners of Bella Mio were not happy.

She was never at the top elite? She gave the most dominant Cox Plate winner of all time a thrashing in the QEII. -
Agreed Agent, and that was a 4kg ride. What would I expect, Chief? I would expect any amount of effort shown. Even if she went hands and heels from the 600-400, at least then I would have known that under riding, the horse was still not good enough. She showed no vigor at any stage. She sat on it, and those rides are worth questioning. If a senior ride did that, they would get a couple of weeks to think about it. Hopefully, in future, she at least shows some effort to push the horse along. Chief... what's going on with you? Just because I'm posting on RC now, doesn't mean I don't appreciate this site. It's not a good look for you. Users can enjoy both, as they bring different environments.
-
If Bella Mio was your horse, would you be happy with that ride? Would you concede your horse wasn't good enough? Or would you be wondering what might have happened had it been put into the race at any stage?
-
No idea who the ex-jockeys are, but don't you think they're qualified to spot a good or bad ride? Given their experience of doing the same thing? And Hassman's lack of experience as a 4kg apprentice?
-
No, I'm critiquing the ride, not the jockey. I have said numerous times her winning ride in the following race was good.
-
What urgings? She doesn't move a muscle until the race is over.
-
Correction - bagging the ride, not the jockey. There is a difference. And didn't you condone a competition all about bagging rides? Don't be a hypocrite Chief, you know I have no time for them.
-
Do you think the horse wasn't performing well because it was on the inside, where the track was much deeper, and it never left the inside? Do you think if she made any effort to get off the inside into the better ground, the horse might have been happier and run better? Do you think, because the horse wasn't even touched until halfway down the straight, that the horse thought it was simply going for a light training jog. We will never know because not one ounce of effort was made on that horse by the jockey.
-
That's irrelevant.... if jockeys don't give their mount every chance to win, they're subject to questioning.
-
Never questioned her personality. Her ride in the following race was much better, and punters who took the shorts for Bello Mio are probably wondering why she didn't give her every chance to win. That's the sole purpose of a jockey right? We don't ask for much else.
-
And then she goes and wins
-
The young rider who just rode Bella Mio - who is teaching her? Stays on the inside, which is not where you want to be, and barely hits the horse. I get that she's a 4kg claimer, but she's on the favourite, and punters keep doing their dough on these poor SI apprentices. But.... you know what you're going to get at least.
-
Is the jockey board on the right of the winning post? Appears to be on the left to me, but I am getting older.

Seems the Comic Dog spends more time on here than his own site!

Chief - there's nothing wrong with saying there was an IT error if that's the case. If it's a case of deleting posts due to being asked or integrity issues, then just be transparent about it. No one cares why they disappeared, but your vague response just adds fuel to the fire. -

Prat will sit 10 wide without cover and get the shock of his life when the trainer isn't happy with that strategy -
The stakes for the Kiwi don't really apply because it's a slot race, yeah? How much of the prize money was from slot holders and how much from industry funds?

I'm a t-shirt and shorts all year round kinda guy, no matter the temp

Safety concerns it says, which is fair. But still... it's hard to see the funny side of an AWT meeting being abandoned.
