  1. I think that's called the results page. Most people can read that.
  2. Good one barry. I'd say I can often underestimate the level of horse from NZ in Oz, so for a horse like Rondinella, the level I have assessed it at in NZ is lower than the runners it is against today - hence why I have it at the longest odds. But that's what makes racing so good - differing views and assessments.
  3. As mentioned, I wasn't wanting a wetter track. At the current level, I wouldn't bet on the race, although with Muntahaa, I wouldn't say the track is a problem, just an unknown.
  4. Just usual weather in Sydney this time of year.
  5. No, but Patrick Erin has Winkers again.
  6. Based on his record, he wouldn't want it to get wetter. Him and Muntahaa are the two I'm favouring most at this point.
  7. No need to PM. Happy to put my current odds up. You won't get anything from Thomass because he needs to hear what the winning trainer states post race etc. My market to 100%. I'd certainly not be touching the fav even as the most likely winner. The rest of the field is fairly even. Mardigras TAB 1 AVILIUS $3.40 $1.60 2 MUNTAHAA $16.00 $51.00 3 RED CARDINAL $15.00 $7.00 5 SOUND $32.00 $101.00 6 PATRICK ERIN $20.00 $35.00 7 VENGEUR MASQUE $30.00 $51.00 8 BIG DUKE $12.00 $12.00 9 VENTURA STORM $21.00 $71.00 10 YOGI $15.00 $18.00 12 BRIMHAM ROCKS $15.00 $31.00 13 ACE HIGH $13.00 $35.00 14 RONDINELLA $40.00 $15.00 15 NETTOYER $16.00 $31.00 16 DOUKHAN $28.00 $61.00
  8. It's the domain of bludgers to want the government to come to the rescue. Polly, we've screwrd up and we've got no money. Please sir, can I have some more. The nats did the right thing. Leave them to themselves and limit the damage to the rest of the country.
  9. I'm keen to hear more. Given peer to peer is the global trend, what are you suggesting that will exceed that (even though your own suggestion seems to be peer to peer in essence), which is all betfair and other exchanges are. Some of the largest sites these days are largely peer to peer. You can already run group based inter group competitive betting. I can bet x against a mate on any race I like on any combination I like. No commission or external charges. Doesn't have to be on anything available elsewhere. Could be on how many threads Thomass starts in a day. The biggest issue with any peer to peer anything, is having quantity. Limited quantity leads to limited interest. Are you able to expand in any way on what you are thinking?
  10. You've been smashed on this topic - as is the norm. And all you have left is Redzel. I've never suggested he knows less than me. Quite the opposite when it comes to training horses in fact. Give up loser. You're a fraud and have nothing worth contributing on the topic.
  11. Have you tried the ones with names starting with the letter M. They're a goldmine. What a loser. I've also found first time blinker wearers do well on the 7th of February. Lock that in for the future.
  12. https://www.betfair.com.au/hub/gear-changes/ I rest my case.
  13. This is hilarious. You're trying to validate your flawed ideas with historical population stats. And the stats don't even support it. What a loser. Let me know when Redzel gets blinkers on or on again, over 1350m+. He hasn't done that yet. Your own post has shafted your own theory. Brilliant.
  14. Remarkable it may been. But what was written in your post didn't state that. And if that's what it does state, then it is guaranteed to be one of two things 1. A short period of time. Less than 10 years. Or 2. Not related to Australian racing Because otherwise its bollocks. Betfair or no Betfair. Put the original link up.
  15. I especially like backing horses with 10 starts over 1350m due to the price advantage blinkers on provides. And steer away from those 1349m races where blinkers are on the horse with 9 starts. They're losers.
  16. I'm pretty sure they tally with mine. That's why they decided to break them down into stupid subsets. Like suggesting blinkers have a price advantage on longer races but not on shorter races. That's hilarious. I have also worked out that the impact of blinkers on first time for horses starting with the letter M are seriously underestimated by the market. Fill your boots.
  17. Maybe the RIU should tweet updated barrier positions every time there is a late scratching.
  18. Spot on chief. I doubt 50 young one twitter followers are going to be out of touch when the information is already meant to be available and accessible mobile. And the TAB could tweet it as a value add to attract customers (yeah right).
  19. At this point, I was commenting on past discussions. I haven't read the document yet, but will do so.
  20. I don't worship them. I use betdaq as well. I'll use any betting site that allows bet placement via APIs that don't restrict my betting. Your strategy is if you like it and it has blinkers on, add 20%. You've told us. You've also told us that blinkers on is the secret to long term wealth at punting. You haven't told us how to use this magic piece of info. And each time you're asked, you only deliver after a horse has won. Why is that? I've tried to use it. I tried it on all runners, no good. I tried it on horses in form and that ran competitively last start, no good. I tried it on horses down in grade that ran competitively last start, no good. If I can't use it on horses that ran competitively last start (like within 2L of winning), describe for the readers when it can be used. It's so good apparently. Fraud.
  21. See ya. Little point talking to stupid people that are frauds.
  22. More useless historical population based stats. You love them. Don't forget, only longer races where the horse starts with the letter D do they really come to the fore.
  23. People don't have to agree. But in the topic of government generosity, I have only offered facts, not opinion. Whether those governments are able to make the contributions they appear to do, due to punter interest/volume isn't really related since they don't actually make contribution, they take from the industry and give a percentage of that back. The volume merely sets the level of licence fees etc that they can take based on the profitability of those organisations (along with the income tax the federal government gets on top of that). It's what we should have done but missed the boat because some wanted to retain a protectionist environment whilst at the same time pushing everyone down the path of offshore racing to the detriment of local interest.
  24. So they are not available to all punters. Ring the Ellerslie track man and get the numbers from him.
  25. That's funny. Since I don't use any statistics for any evaluation in my punting that aren't derived from the individual horse I'm assessing. I don't use general stats because I know they are flawed. Just like your blue print. I don't refuse to believe. I accept it could have an impact. Just as I assess it could not have an impact. What I can't assess is what that impact is. Neither can you except by using flawed stats. It's why you lose and are always seeking more and more information so that you can try and work out why you keep losing.
