Curious, yes i understand you do not have to have overseas accounts to show bets in comp. But lets be realistic, how many are going to navigate other agencies sites to gain best value just for this comp. Thats the reason i said many that use only nz tab odds will be hugely disadvantaged. Logistics of what has been suggested seems like a heap of work, so what are you going to have, hundreds of screenshots of odds from around australasia? I am not being negative, and i am keen to be involved, but it would be good to include everyone on a level playing field.

If anyone works for an employer, which the RIU was, and you involve the police what happens. Well, your employer has to suspend you on full pay, or let you still work until court proceadures are completed. So RIU didnt want to suspend, also would be liable if some not charged.

If he is representing the accused, he would have access to the 200 pages concerning those he is involved with. The RIU had to involve the Police, that was the only way the Inca situation exsists to this day, because the police had the authority to look into bank accounts, texts, calls, emails, overseas accounts etc. If the RIU didnt act, we would still have drivers fixing races, thats what it is. If one driver knows that another is not trying, that is dishonest, its cheating and yes it is race fixing.

Mardigras has some good ideas Hesi, but will be complicated for most that enter comps. Majority on here will only have nz tab account, so going to be at a huge disadvantage when they bet on winner at tab paying $10, while someone gets $20 from Aus operator. Unless of course this comp is for those that have several accounts, and are more serious punters, which would work. Just my opinion, i think it is a good idea to get the more serious punters going in a comp,

I see tab has foreigner $6-50 fixed, i think it will start shorter but just cant see value with driver! Bit of money on no 1 runner. If he is the expert witness, i am sure the police will be ready for him. It wont be like other court cases he has turned into a circus. One good thing that is in his favour, with his past history, he will know where all the courts are, know staff etc. That is a plus.
