Funny how many are bagging Martin Van Beynon. Why, because he is telling the truth? How many owners have been screwed over, lied to over many years. Many have known about it for years, owners have bailed him out before, its a disgrace. This guy would get more sympathy, if he was honest when he gave his licence back. His dad tried to keep the lies going, dogging the reporter, saying no owners are complaining??? What a dodgy family

Just to add, the Williamson family. Seem a bloody great family, and the younger boys are training and driving well, more importantly, they are not in the spotlight for dodgy stuff, like so many have been recently. Keep it up

Horse went well, unlucky really to be sitting parked, especially first race. Thought a little silly not to take trail behind winner in first race, certainly cost it 2nd, but more importantly, an easier run before race later in night.

Good that this reporter has posted this info, otherwise it would have continued. Harness people are good at covering up shit, luckily some owners spoke up. It is hard to feel sorry, been going on for years, if he was serious, he would have stopped way before now, makes his dad look poor as well, only a few weeks back he was saying nothing was wrong? WTF

Totally agree, studying form is hard. In the past, a good horse, that races well on the grass, would be a good bet. Today, forget grass track stats, as long as you begin well, you were in with a big chance

I, like most of you, love the Canterbury Grass harness racing. But what is happening at Methven, it never used to be a leaders track? If you do not settle handy, your goneburger? Odd few have come from midfield, but racing is strange.

I would not say outstanding, but everyone has their own views. Hopefully those owners that have departed the Purdon barn, will spread the horses around. Last thing is we want, is the Dunn stable getting bigger, that would be terrible. Anyone looking for a trainer, should do this. Google the trainer, if he has a long list of charges or dodgy accusations from the past, why not choose a trainer with no baggage.

What is the one trainer that you always seem to lose on. Mine is Robert Dunn, if they have a fav in a race and i am on it, stablemate will knock it off, or vice versa. Just backed Ned Kelly, yep dead last, didnt see race, but once again, unlucky for my wallet. Then I do not follow for a week, have a string of winners. People should pay me not to bet on stable
