  1. Thought same. Michael House might have his views
  2. Hey Micky Mouse got a winner!! Amazing, what a terrible field, a little like Manawatu. But good on him, a win is a win. I thought his ready to run idea was pretty good early on, but did seem most were screwed early on for the bucks, then average after. Think a couple went on with it, who were they?
  3. Makes you wonder.
  4. Me thinks SLB should just read this site, not post!!!!
  5. All up Labour and Trump. Something tells me, even after all the shit, he will get in again.
  6. Yep, Beteasy got odds up. Even Kanye West up on the board😆
  7. Be surprised if he wins another before end august.
  8. Has he had a winner last 3 months?
  9. Wow, how bad is this guy going now that those crappy nth Island manawatu meetings are on hold??? His team is going poorly last few months, its a shame to see these horses dropping out. UDR😆😆😆😆
  10. An honest trainer? Good luck. Be wary of the ones that tell you the horse you have in training, for 4 years, 52 starts for 2 placings, is actually improving. 😆😆😆
  11. I dont think Nigel will worry too much. Many trainers have been in same boat, owners stick with them, transfers horses to mates or cuzzies, they will still be involved. The list is huge that have been charged for dodgy offences, mind boggles.
  12. Terrible, it was bad to watch
  13. Yes, but quite clearly outside was no advantage on the day. Quite the opposite at Auckland, had no chance unless you had outside strip. Rosehill yesterday, they won from everywhere on a wet track, so how do you give nz punters confidence punting on nz tracks? Quite simply, they dont. Thats why so many punters do not punt on nz racing
  14. Yes, but i looked at a race yesterday. Horse was paying $9 fixed odds, if you took winsurance, odds dropped to $5?
  15. I have no problem with penalty, the only reason it looks light, is the fact that others have got off easily in the past. So many have been charged in previous years, then tab wonder why punters are leaving the game??? No wonder
  16. Didnt have a bet in race, have watched it several times, amazing effort, but even someone connected to the stable like you, must be wondering.
  17. A few years back at Riccarton, winter time, jockeys used to go to the inside in straight, seldom winning as fast strip was out wide. Now, good strip on inside, now majority go wide???. Well done to the smart riders the won on the inside today, others should watch the replays for next meeting.
  18. Oh dear. This so called promo is terrible. The odds offered are terrible. Beteasy give me 8 x Bonus bets that get paid if horse finishes 2nd or 3rd, 8 every sat on any race with 8 runners plus. But, NOT AT DISCOUNTED ODDS!!! Christ
  19. As i have asked previously , the derby winner, Sheriff!! That was huge that night, too good to be true, very average when racing after. Makes you wonder
  20. Where is that post over there? Had a quick look, couldnt see it. Mind you, hardly eber look over their now
  21. Hey Matt & Andrew, Tell you what guys, it would be great if you could add a ...BLAST FROM THE PAST! Just a quick couple of minutes of a harness champ from the past, I am sure some club, pub or what ever would sponsor it. Would get the older passionate types involved on facebook too. Well done, good luck.
  22. Not looked at any nz racing today, wont get a cent from me. Rosehill & Flemington start soon, got money in aussie accounts, life is sweat. NZ TAB should have looked after me in the past, because now me, and heaps of others, are gone. Somebody post NZ racings turnovers, will be funny.
  23. Good job both of you, well worth watching. With Trackside radio gone, its a pity that a local radio station couldnt give up a bit of time for racing discussions, harness, dogs & sport. So many still listen to radios, you would think something could be done.
  24. I see the novelty side of it, but why? Clearly below average nags, why not put them claimers or amateur races? These sort of crap fields do nothing for the game, with so many more meetings at Addington, the calibre of horse racing their is getting worse each month, even in warmer months.
  25. You know what, only a few months ago we had Mark Mac, greg oconnor at gallops, harness meets. They were top class, funny, informative, and a great duo. That was good for racing. They have gone, as plenty of others too, and Trevor Wilkes & Rozzo stay?? Hardly gonna attract new blood, boring as bat shit.
