i thought it was 8,not 9 but forbury may be better at counting.At one point he had 5 cobalt postives at the same time about 9 years ago.I think hes had about 4 different  times hes been charged and found guilty...Funnily enough,i had started a couple of topics prior to those cobalt postives saying there was something odd going on with how several of his horses had been running at the time. Then i started another topic after the positives were announced to say,well i did  suggest there was an obvious reason.But what would i know according to chief.

so as with everything forbury posts,there are element of truth but also elements of frustration with the punting aspect.

theres no doubt whatsover hes right when he says there was a really big turnaround in form of the horse concerned ,but reality is,drugs don't produce such a big form reversal. It had to be due to other factors as the main reason and rthe horse had trialled well. so,i'm sure forbury is  well off the mark if hes suggesting that was a factor,even if dalgety does have a poor past record.

One thing dalgety is very good at,is when he has had previous charges,he accepts the penalties and justs gets on with it again and always seems to bounce back.

Thanks for the explanation, certainly surprised by the numbers, on the other hand form reversal in horses quite common, we’ve all been caught at some stage, a wise man once told me never condemn a horse till it’s dead.
