Goodbye Grass Track Tips

A fitting way to end the grass track season with what most likely will be a dead track after rain.

Sticking with Adam Patron at 12FF and 3 70FF. I have done my dough twice in its last two starts. The first being badly held up and then appearing a bit average last start, though the sliding blinds didn't work. Got to go one more time. Young Ben will get him flying...

For a bit more value, Baker Creek is at 19s and in a very very weak field. Bad draw and all it is still a little enticing.

Sad to see another grass track season done.

Really is some of the best racing we have.

In the spirit of finding value prices, here's a few nicely priced runners in each race that I wouldn't hesitate in having an each way on.

Hopefully it's not a dog's breakfast.

Who knows at The Mot.

Race 1: #11 Milly An Eyre $26 & $5.50

Race 2: #12 Living Fantasy $12 & $3.50

Race 3: #11 Pay Me Visa $11 & $3.50

Race 4: #16 Sugar Cane $12 & $3.40

Race 5: #13 Scotlyn Harry $19 & $4.80

Race 6: #5 Gorilla Playboy $16 & $4.00

Race 7: #15 All About Henry $7 & $2.50

Race 8: #13 Kayla Maguire $16 & $4.20

Race 9: #5 Sounds Lika Gem $11 & $3.50

You can thank the Boys Get Paid movement for that price slash. When they go for one, they really go for one.

That is a brave bet considering it's draw and the horses who have drawn 1-3. Mind you, it has won plenty of races compared to most.

It also wouldn't want to be stuck for room on the rails when The Kaik is coming down the outside.

Anyway, will make the last race on the grass fun to watch. Good luck to them @51s!

Best bet over Easter runs tomorrow. We've been punting it via several betting platforms all day so we've got our price. As a result I am happy to now share.

Barring accidents it will win the 8th at the Mot so anchor it through all exotic bets. It's name is Givemewhatineed. Don't be put off by the formline. Is nailed down and wins. Enjoy.

Stablemate won at Addington yesterday and that was very enjoyable. This will round off the Easter weekend beautifully.

Well done Margo and Peter.

I want to. Maybe, even should. However, I can feel another placing coming up before he gets turned out at the end of the grass track season. That is me with my mythical trainer's hat on. Then he comes back at the start of next season and wins a few in a row.

An easy game this harness racing ?

Best bet of the day for me, R2 Victor Tango. Begins like a bullet, will lead and outstay a poor field. Took a good one to beat it last start, cant believe the price.

Others i like,

R1-12

R3-16

R5-13

R7-5

R8-4

Good luck

Second row hurts him but still going food enough to win if he can find a way through.

Who would have predicted that? The Mot curse again.

He hasn't been happy since his run on the grit at Ashburton. Looks off his game. Expect to see him next grass track season and he wins 3 in a row!

37 start maiden and 8yo and still trying to win

So?

He goes good races and will win a race someday. He is getting better with age, something not all do.

two races gone and both won by two mugs sacked from better stables

Maybe the 'better stables' are the mugs.
