Yip , but for some reason the stipe posted robert is married to molly's sister. Robert isn't currently married not only that rose is not molly's sister or any sort of relation if he was still married.

Sorry my mistake.  The brother-in-law involved is Simon Lamond - Julie Christie's partner (Molly's sister).  Lamond is the "Private Investigator" who helped with the Caffiene case and presumably with the defence and Inca.
