Bit Of A Yarn

Who do you think said this ?

'Previously, the mindsets on both sides of the fence had been that we're all humans, all here for the good of the game, and you could all knock off at days end and have a beer and a yarn.

But when this new regime came in you could sense their mentality was ; us against them'.

There was a frostiness that came in, which I felt was sad for the industry. You didn't want to be walking around on eggshells. It seemed trainers were being pinged for little things and more. Things like getting fined $50 or $100 for declaring a rider late. Trainers don't do that on purpose. If it becomes a habit, punish them, but mostly it should be ' you've done the wrong thing, pull your head in' and get on with life.

But everything became dotting your 'i's' and crossing your 't's'. there was no room for the human element. You couldn't make a mistake. The assumption now as trainers dodn't ' make mistakes'.

They were cheating'.

Well there's not enough hugging, and telling us to be kind to one another, so I'm ruling out Jacinda.

The person was a champion bloke. He was extremely good and did not bullshit or pretend to be something he was not.

So Ludwig, you get 10/10 for ruling out the marxist melon.?

Try again.

Peter Moody?

Take a bow Freda!!  Black Caviar, what a mare. And the stipes here in Oz crucified him. If you haven't read his book yet you should get hold of it, its great reading. And some very illuminating disclosures about certain people. The head post could have been any number of trainers-big and small-who have been targeted and hounded by small minded raceday integrity stewards....here in Aussie or especially back in NZ by the look of some of the goings on over the past few years.

Oh well that will be a thing of the past now because it was all to do with getting the jockeys declared in time to make the print media.

Tommo you seem hangry. Try having a lie down before you post? Something to eat maybe? The polls you refer to are about as reliable as ardern saying ' we are not going to raise taxes'....wait until the thousands and thousands who are presently getting a wage subsidy have to line up for unemployment when their subsidy runs out and there aint any job to go back to. 9.8% unemployed? Don't think so.

Thank you sir. Mr Fish has clearly been taking his angry pills... I'll leave him with his Marxist melon.

I have reviewed all of my posts, and not once have I ever said that I'm a National/Bridges supporter. Just because I'm not a member of Cindy's Kindy, doesn't mean I'm with the other mob. I await Mr Fish's apology for his nasty little outburst.
