So the judge thought excluding some members of the press was the most effective way to get balanced reporting? Like that worked(or was ever going to help). The proof is in the pudding so to speak. Makes you wonder.

Matty Anderson. You got 2 x years and you can't even wait. What are you thinking? I appreciate we all need to work but you could have not put yourself and others in this position.

 This is the problem with the young trainers, young drivers and youth in the game at present. You all think it won't happen to you and you all keep pushing the boundaries.  You are all aware of the hard work that goes into training and driving a winner but prepared to steal a win of each other.  Jesse this is what you've done. Stolen from your peers and couldn't stop as greed and fame set in. I'm just happy the person who was meant to assist YOU on that Friday was sick.

Parents of young people in this industry need to explain right and wrong.  Not alright to over syndicate horses and sell false insurance policys. Not alright to charge owners and syndicates for horses not being trained or even exist. Not alright to sign owners signatures without authority.

  Matty, Mitchell,  Jesse. They've been caught.  

Don't become another name or disgrace to your industry and sport by continuing this trend and stop the average articles being published by Mr Martin Van Beynen regarding another stupid young trainer or driver. 

 

Matty. Ken Spicer and Peter Jones went out of their way for you. How do you think they feel? The people that have supported you. Wow. Insulting behavior.

2 x year sentence or suspension should mean that and nothing less.

By the sentence or suspension not starting from the last infringement date makes a joke out of the whole industry.  If you can't work for a period in an industry or environment don't put yourself in that position. If you live in an environment where this might happen, find somewhere else. Basic 101 of counseling if you've learnt. Next attention gets drawn to your employer.  I'm sure they're stoked.

No more RIU, JCA, Police, drugs, cheating, search warrants, male assault female and Animal welfare campaigns.

If you see something not right, it's not right and speak up.

 

DRINKING BEFORE RACES FOR DRIVERS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK.

DRINKING AFTER RACES IS A BETTER LOOK.

Don't give RIU room to continue their growth in the codes through leaks and poor investigational work to taint our industry anymore. 

Its a matter of time before the next young trainer or driver who comes before the RIU spills the wrong information and it opens up operation saga #2

RIU and INCA (with the police help) are CONSTANTLY seeking New evidence and asking Probing questions Where-ever possible , to UNCOVER any illegal activity going on in NZ harness racing.

Of course some people ARE going to answer the questions put to them . I would !!!! If you have nothing to hide under the bed (like Darren Weir lol....) then you should be fine. So it is called INVESTIGATING. You can call it LEAK gathering all you like , but they are trying to keep NZ harness clean . a good thing. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

p.s Agree if Matt A has sentence of 2 years, then that IS the sentence. should be able to apply to resume harness after that term. because he now chose to 'get in early' and got caught at Burrows, The expelled term should be extended or restart as he has consciously broken the arrangement (punishment)

THE EXPELLED TERM SHOULD BE DOUBLE AND CONTINUED TO BE DOUBLED.

So you are supporting a RIU/JCA justice system that supersedes/overrides the Courts?
