Can race at level 3, but only essential staff on course - no owners allowed.  At level 2 owners are allowed back, but not punters etc.

That was last time.  The Government is changing the rules constantly like masks mandatory now and QR signing being compulsory.

Why can’t horses be fast worked at level 4?

They are in fresh air and the deadly disease doesnt transmit in the open despite clowns thinking it can.

Are they worried that you can transmit it to the horse?

This Delta strain is less deadly and has less no.s with it than the Alpha strain that killed!

We now have a vaccine that is not a vaccine that everyone has to have?

It contains a huge amount Graphene Oxide which is a poison a d yet we are told to inject it into our bodies?

Seriously, they have no idea what the long term effects are going to be, are they serious?

Brodie and any other posters that have little on today,Goggle a site called Rumble and search Dr Michael Yeadon and Dr Ryan Cole,in my view it makes compulsory reading regarding covid.

The site rumble was created due to You Tube and alot of other sites TAKING DOWN ANY OF THERE OPINIONS.

Have seen numerous items on Rumble etc.

It is up to everyone to educate theirselves on what js really going on here!

Ardern states that the vaccine that is  not a vaccine, saves lives!!!
Is she not concerned at all about the lives that she is losing due to her stupid policy of eradication of the NON DEADLY virus?

If this so called vaccine saves lives then why on esrth nas not a single one of the over 100 unvaccinated positives not died???

This Delta variant is far less deadly or harmful than the Aplpha China virus!

This lot of CIVIL SERVANTS that the sheep are following have not got your best interests at heart!!
They are the blind leading the blind, so do your homework before you subject yourself to what they want you to do, for what benefit????

In Chch I think many people are just over the BS from the ruler!

People are out and about and doing what they can if possible.

Many will not tolerate a further lockdown and The S.I. should not be subjected to this control from people who are seriously delusional if they think that they can eradicate the less dangerous virus they call Delta variant.

Not a single death and yet we are supposed to be locked up in homes!

FFS what happened to the Coromandel cases from the first postive if it was so contagious?

Yeah not a single positive, wake up or do you want to continue to follow a Civil Servant that has had no success in business or life?

Personally i think our government has done a good job,but the messaging around what happens in the future is misleading in that it gives the impression the vaccine will somehow make living with the virus less of an issue.

The U.K. has the most honest official reporting, and this is the latest today as case numbers surge again even with 77% of the population fully vaccinated with 2 shots. The study was of 1.2 million fully vaccinated people.

Protection from the vaccine(used in nz) wanes to 88% after 1 month, and then after 5 months to 74%.The vaccine effectiveness is expected to continue to wane, which is why they say you'll need a 3rd shot, and so on.They say it wanes around 1/5 a month after the second shot.In the u.k. they are estimating a possible worst scenario of only 50% of elderly and health care workers, who were the first to receive the 2 shots, being protected by the start of their winter(which isn't far away).Apparently the elderly sometimes don't generate the vaccine protection that good if they have health issues anyway.

On the positive front, there are a couple of theraputic drugs which seem to be quite effective, which they are hoping to use more on infected patients.

Arguably the Pzifer vaccine isn't a vaccine.  We should be doing what Sweden did protect the at risk and now vaccimate the at risk but allow the virus to circulate amongst those that are not at risk.

Why vaccinate a child who has next to no risk from the virus  it will gain longer and more effective immunity from infection?

Something occurred to me that the cleverer ones on here might be able to help with. And the brodster too.

If you have received the pzifer shot thingamajig is there a test that can reveal that. Eg confirming you got it.

I had googled that myself previously. Apparently they don't recommend the antibody test, because the results could be misleading. They say thats because the tests have been designed to pick up the antibodies produced when attacked by the original virus, and the vaccine makes the body produce the antibodies once its attacked by the virus, seemingly can be two different things. I guess we've all become google experts now,or so we think.

If you go on the u.k. figures and your going to get the vaccine,it makes more sense to get it closer to when they say they are going to open the borders,as if you had it say in april it wouldn't be as effective.(unless you get the third shot). The only risk of that is if there was to be a big outbreak in the meantime i suppose.

Best to put all the virus thinking on the back burner i think, and focus more on picking winners.

You'll be short of getting a winner then Mr Galah ? as no racing in NZ on I believe?.

Chief could well be on a Albion Park Brisbane winner this week ????? I have a couple of 'Special's' for him. there's a couple in Saturday night with his 'name written All over them' lol..............

"DOUG" in the trot (race9 No. 7) is an old NZer with all the tricks from these lousy standing starts . If he trots away, he Wins !!  Pete has shoved the missus on the horse he trains off the backmark 40m . DOUG is quite erratic, and manners need a bit of honing, just a feeling he will do it this week.

"ONYA DOUG" (race 6 No.2 ) I backed last week , and he stomped home late in stronger field. Good draw now at 2? and weak field too. I think he wins this time. Chief will be saying ONYA Gammalite after that lol.......

Think they both will be 8-1 ish odds so i'm in for a $10 double and lucky $666 dollars collect after All going well.

Go Doug ! (and Go mighty Brisbane Lions too in a AFL final this week)

i've been watching the queensland trots.Seems everyone is trying, except the odd exception. It does look like a few of the drivers go out there thinking they havn't got much chance and drive conservatively , but thats understandable if they assess the form right. You seem to have a lot of good drivers. The likes of m elkins,n dawson and l manzelmann.

Thanks Gammalite.  I do recall backing a horse called Doug in NZ and winning but I thought he was older than 5.

If he was foaled in 2015 isn't he 6?  It says on the TAB NZ site he is 5 but you can't trust that for accuracy.

I find it hard to fault any of them. they do get plenty of drives every week to keep the skills honed. Pete Mcmullen and his three sisters are exceptionally gifted too. With the fields being smaller than NZ ones ,it is WAY EASIER to get involved in the finish . Today at Redcliffe just 9 runners every race on 10 race card. EVERYONE gets a chance to win.

Much harder in NZ with those big fields !!  those grass tracks huge fields are a nightmare lol.....

I always had the opinion in the 12 horse NZ fields you had 23 RIVALS !!! you had to beat /out-point /out manouver the opposing 11 drivers. All them Planning to beat you home !!! THEN you had to factor in what their horses were doing. Some leading/ some stopping in front of you/ some carting you up/ some pushing you wide. You always had to have some idea of their capabilities. 11 horses trying to beat you each race too .

AND your Own horse too is your main rival ??!!!  Will it go when you want it too. ? Can I out-think this horse ??

That is the one trying to beat you the most , believe it or Not. The one you as driver are responsible for making a winning or losing move during the race??? The driver has to be very a-tuned to what his own drive can do , sprint from the quarter?/ burn the gate and have something left?/ keep plugging on when you need it too at the end? you ask endless questions of it . TWENTY THREE is a LOT of RIVALS in one race !!!!!  it's bloody hard to win.

One start in NZ Chief for trotter DOUG at Rangiora May 2019 for 6th.  10 wins from 38 Aus starts since.

He's a bit of a rogue , probably owned in NZ by a Boay poster who looked for Inspiration to name him.

I got a great bubble and bear in mind not a single case in the community here, what is the issue?.

I just need the clowns to open the shops as I need stuff!

The thing is Ranga, this lot of Civil Servants are just so deluded if they think that  Pfjzer is going to make any difference.

Reality is that the vaccinated are actually harbouring virus and is going to backfire on those that have been jabbed!

The weirdest thing is just how many actually believe that the claytons vaccine actually is going to improve things!

You will realise that you will  ever eliminate a virus as it mutates, but this one is less deadly than the yearly flu.

Not a single death in NZ from this deadly Delta strain and yet we have Dickheads everywhere wearing masks that are actually doing nothing of benefit!

It is all about control and eventually I would hope there would be enough Sheep that realise this before it is too late.
