This is symptomatic of a bigger issue though isn't it?  The industry can't find workers in NZ and at the moment they can't import any from overseas.

I don't think you have to live in "rarefied air" to know that.  Same problem in OZ.

No at all, doesn't matter where you live, you respect the grass roots people, you know, the people that do the real work, lass gets hurt, trainer financially disadvantaged and short handed, what price a caring phone call......I'd do it, would you? I'd say yes......TA didn't...not yet anyway apparently.....

Yes I can imagine you being pissed off.  But I'm sure you would have let them know about it.  Communication is a two way thing and often people can make assumptions.

Incredible price really. Won one group 3 in Aussie from memory. Obviously NZ Group form is nowhere near as bad as many of us thought. Worth miles more than Melody Belle and she won a group 1 in Melbourne.

One thing I really notice about the Aus racing media is they always spread their coverage well i.e. this little stud getting some free promo, doesn't happen enough here imo.
