Can see him winning a drivers premiership in the next 5 years Carter is as good as any Junior we have had, his UDR shows this! However to win a premiership he would need to be picking up alot more outside drives, he is pretty under utilised at the moment. Sarah O’reilly who we all know is a top driver has had over 4 times the number of drives this season, do she chases them harder than Carter. I am picking there is a pretty good chance of Carter having a crack in the United States in the next few years alongside Dexter!
Brodie
Young Carter Dalgety still having an excellent season. From what I looked at he has had 138 drives fir the season and has won 33, so near on wins every 4 starts! Not bad for a Junior and has an excellent UDR. Not sure whether he chases drives too hard as with his ability he should be driving in most races in Canterbury!

We are indeed fortunate that there are so many females working in the industry, whether it be working in the stables, training and driving. Without so many in the industry now it would be struggling even more. You only need to look at sone of the Junior drivers races in recent years, some of the fields were half filled by female drives and most are very skilled horse people. We need to continue to entice them into harness racing as I believe that there doesnt seem to be as many males from racing families coming thru like they used to! 2

Remarkable progress this century . Half the fields are lady drivers in Brisbane now. All Inspired by our own Natalie , who Won everything here QLD with Blacks A Fake in the high pressure Group races , and then you got to see the incredible results at Allstars. Harness racing has really put the girls on the map as EQUAL players . and last I looked it was a sport still? .indeed very very competitive in fact. no room for the feint hearted. The holy pasta Rav probably doesn't watch harness racing (to his detriment it seems)
holy ravioli
Pleased to hear that female drivers are making a significant contribution to the industry. I still prefer a top male reinsman to a top female .(or should that be...reinsperson😜)
