Why is still no published Stewards Report for Champions Day Ellerslie? Even a draft would be good! I know there were 3 Enquiries but typists aren't that slow! If there was a report would it stop thw rumour that Well Written bled? -

Any horse that reacts to the whip the jockey hence forward should be banned from using the whip but NB still carry the whip. Safety has always to be placed first.
