This cannot happen anymore Doomed however I recall a not so good day on the punt in my early twenties and I boxed 3 horses in a $5 Quinella in the last at Counties. They ran 2nd and 3rd, so I am totally up shit creek. Fourth horse protests against the winner, upheld. Winner back to 4th, 4th to 3rd and Mr Jammy has $5 of a $75 Quinella. You can understand why they changed the rules. -

It was a weird market, Delightful Peg opened around $13's I think, I saw her drift to $21 early in the afternoon, so backed her then on the TAB. Then later in the afternoon she drifted to $31's as you got Nowornever - I did even better, I backed her to win on Betcha boosted odds $33, and I also backed her Money Back Odds 4th at $24's. I don't know, but the punters must have come for her after that because she must've closed at those $16 odds. So the TAB paid full odds, my $21, Betcha halved my odds at $16.50 and $12, so the question I want answered - are the TAB & Betcha different and that's just the way it is (that seems weird), or has Betcha ripped me off? -

Did I mention money as an objective? If you race horses for that, then you will most likely be disappointed and the factors you mention above, while true, also limit competition in that area.
